Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. רוצה להמליץ מכל הלב על המלון נוף גינוסר. עברנו חוויה חיובית מאוד! יורם קיבל את פנינו באדיבות ובחיוך ועזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. החדרים מעוצבים יפה ומסודרים, המלון יפה ועם ארוחת בוקר ממש מפנקת. ממליצה בחום!

An exceptional family stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire visit. The atmosphere is peaceful, the grounds are gorgeous, and our kids had the time of their lives enjoying the pool, the beach, and the open spaces. It was the perfect, stress-free family getaway—we will definitely be coming back!

נופש משפחתי זוג+3 (10,14,16)
Pros:

שרות מצוין, חדר קצת קטן ל5 אנשים אבל עם יציאה למרפסת ולמרחב דשא משותף גדול עם ערסלים. הרבה מרחבי דשא כיפיים ובריכה ששופצה לאחרונה והיתה אחלה. המלון ממש על הכנרת, יוצאים מהמלון ואתם בחוף.

Cons:

חדר קצת קטן אבל היינו בו רק לישון ועצם זה שהיתה יציאה לחצר אז פחות הפריע. הפעילויות במלון מיועדות בעיקר לקטנטנים. לגדולים לא היה מה לעשות חוץ מבריכה וים. יש שולחן פינג פונג אחד ממוקם בדשא וזהו.

ליווי הסברה על כל צורך עם יורם צעד איתנו לכל סביבת המלון עד לחדר והסביר על מקום השהות שלנו.
האוכל טוב ובשפע. החדרים נקיים, שירות חדרים מהיר.
סביבת המלון נעימה ומרגיעה.
