Sehr sauberes, gastfreundliches Hotel im Zentrum
Pros:

Ideal, um morgens in den Bus nach Balos Beach zu springen. Das Hotel Archontiki liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten im belebten Zentrum von Chania. Es befindet sich in den oberen Etagen eines Geschäftshauses. Es ist ein kleiner Lift vorhanden, der allerdings nur bis zum Hochparterre führt. Großer Lobby-Bereich mit drei sehr bequemen, großen Sofas. Man kann sich kostenlos Wasser an einem Wasserspender ziehen (was bei der irren Sommerhitze wirklich hilfreich ist). Die Zimmer befinden sich in den oberen Etagen. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Mini-Balkon der zu einem Lichthof führte - sehr nett! Die Bäder und die Fußböden waren mit sehr edlem Marmor ausgestattet. Mein (Einzel)zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank und einen Fernseher. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war beeindruckend.

Cons:

Alles war gut.

Totally recommended for solo traveler
Pros:

its a very comfortable hotel and walking distance to the old city as well as the main bus station. 24/7 Front desk and cute lobby, which is comforting for a solo traveler.

Cons:

My room was in level 1, which is near reception, so I had a bit of noise in the evening - but it was very brief and I slept very well.

Cost effective nice little hotel in the center of Chania
Pros:

The location of this small hotel is great, right in the center, still it is quite. The rooms are simple, but comfortable,
A/C works well, the beds are comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Wifi works well and the early breakfast from basket was good.

Cons:

In the lack of a curtain the bathroom becomes wet following even a quick shower. The bathroom is also narrow.
The elevator has a capacity of 2 persons and the rooms are on the levels starting from 2.

Great loocation, thw room was ready earlier than the check in.

Cons:

Too noisy from the cleaning in the morning, the aircondition in tje room had a bad smell., too much sunlight in the morming with the curtains closed,not even a bottle of water in the fridge.
