Close to Crawley town centre.
Pros:

Helpful and friendly manager. Easy to check in. Clean room.

Cons:

It was not easy to get to the hotel down the narrow streets. TV remote didn't work.

Nice and quiet
Pros:

Nice, quiet location. Easy parking options inside or outside. Flexible staff. Comfortable and clean bed.

Cons:

The room itself is not particularly clean. Somewhat dated facilities. Fan not working in the bathroom (no windows, either) and it has probably been like that for ages...
Anyway it is very good for short stays I suppose. I will return.

So many noisy people walking around all night.
Pros:

Looks good from the outside.

Cons:

Bathroom light was broken and this could not be fixed due to the time of arrival. We were offered a different room but could not take it as we needed ground floor due to disability.

Comfy very clean and friendly.
Pros:

Just what I needed, a clean comfortable room en-suite. Stall were very friendly when I arrived but there was no-one around in reception when I discovered the loo paper had got forgotten! All the same it’s excellent value for money. The walk from the station takes about 20 mins which is ok.
