Good value for a one night stay
Pros:

Room dated but clean. The price for the area was good.

The shower was only running cold. As it was very hot this was not such a problem but could be if the weather was colder.

I did not sleep very well at all, and something just felt off about the whole place. I would never stay there again.
Pros:

Shower strength was ok.
TV worked.

Cons:

In need of repair, very tired. Missing and rotten wood on the outside of the building.
Missing / broken basic things like a towel rail and toilet roll holder.
Half used toilet roll, should be all new for new guests.
Rooms are noisy, not well sound proofed and the smell of curry wafted through from other rooms or the front desk.
View from the windows (with dirty nets) was of over grown, weed full yard, with rubble etc
Windows locks loose.
Shower had a curtain that was stained, the toilet / shower room had visible signs of previous water leaks on ceiling.
Shower tray had broken edge.
Mirror in bathroom is old and worn.
Carpet is stained.
One pillow cover was ripped.
Network cable not attached to the wall properly and visibly trailing on the floor round the room.
Radiator is full of dust and fluff.
Car park did not seem very secure and they wanted to charge extra for parking.
They took a picture of my driving license as proof of ID that I felt very uncomfortable about, my booking invoice should have been enough.

Good sized clean room

Cons:

WI Fi was shocking, wouldn't connect and was so weak it didn't work most of the time. Signal for mobile data was also poor

Entrance looked tired and grubby. The room itself was spotless and bed comfortable.
