Un hotel 3 stelle che potrebbe essere tranquillamente un 4 stelle per posizione: è a pochi passi dalla bellissima piazza principale. Reception accogliente, di gran gusto ed eleganza. La camera a noi assegnata (coppia con figlia) era l’apartment: due camere spaziosissime e bagno fornito sia di doccia che vasca: top! Colazione con buffet ben assortito ma non solo: è possibile, compreso nel prezzo, ordinare da menu uova, pancake e altri piatti espressi.

The location was 5/5! Right in the heart of old town. Breakfast was also good. The house keeping was very efficient.
The full floor carpets give me the ick and the ac worked a little weird. Sometimes it worked and sometimes not. The pillows were uncomfortable.
We booked the deluxe suite for a treat as we only had one night in Wrocław, and wanted to be in the middle of everything. It was huge, perfect for our daughter to have the sofa bed in a separate area. The hotel is well placed for exploring the lovely town and riverside area, the staff were helpful and breakfast was great. Ideally, we'd have stayed longer!

Excellent location, in the heart of the old town, just next to all main old town attractions and walkways. Very cosy, clean, pretty, simple, but convenient and welcoming boutique place. Very good breakeast! And limitless drinking water is a big plus. And those dwarfs, including the sleepy one welcoming all the guests, heavily add up to the charm of the place! :)
No complains.
During night with open windows it might be a bit loud, but that is expected at such a location. By the way, bed was so convenient, loudness didn't even bother, had a great sleep. :)
amazing location - just a few steps away from the city center, but NOT in the main foot traffic area, so perfect.
Room was very large - it was a suite - we didn't have enough time to do it justice.
argh!! the little details... the wifi in our room did not work. I told the front desk immediately ("we'll report it" ). Still not working when we returned... I finally fixed it temporarily by finding their router and manually power cycling it. It was iffy the rest of the stay... really expect solid wifi these days.
and then the AC quit. When I first reported it, the desk clerk came up and pressed all the buttons on the overly complicated controls... (which had died, no blinky-blinky). She offered to move us, but I told her to first check if the AC was working in that room... turned out it was a total system failure for the hotel. Then was informed that because it was the weekend, the repair would not take place until Monday!!! not acceptable for a hotel not to have an on-call service contract for the AC. Luckily the worst of the heatwave was yet to come so that one night we were able to cool the room off enough with open windows. We wouldn't have stayed during the heatwave.

Największy plus to lokalizacja kilka metrów od rynku, fajne pokoje i super łazienka. A zapomniałem o wypasionym śniadaniu, polecam.
Krasnal na wejściu jak ktoś szuka.
Minusem jest głośna klimatyzacja bez regulacji oraz brak parkingu własnego, jest szansa postawić w okolicy ale to stare miasto więc szansa słaba, współpracują z parkingami, ale są one oddalone o 300 i 700 metrów, koszt 50 lub 90 zł za dobę.
Chambre spacieuse avec une excellente literie. Le petit déjeuner est super.
