Pros:

Чудовий готель, який повністю виправдовує свою вартість. Дуже великий і гарний термальний комплекс, є озеро для купання, усе доглянуте та продумане. Сніданок і вечеря були просто чудові — великий вибір страв, усе дуже смачно.

Персонал привітний, атмосфера приємна, відпочивати тут справді комфортно. Ми залишилися під великим враженням від перебування. Це саме те місце, куди хочеться повернутися ще раз. Однозначно рекомендуємо!

Pros:

Очень красивое местоположение,но удивило отношение персонала на ресепшн:на просьбу показать и обьяснить что где находится игнорировали.Мы полдня искали то пляж,то термы и прочее,на второй день только разобрались.Завтрак великолепный,ужин тоже.В целом отдыхом довольны.

Cons:

Клиентоориентированность.Персонал при заселении должен рассказать ,где что находится.Это спа отель.

We didn’t know what to expect before we arrived and if exceeded our expectations.

Der gute Service und das Buffet reichen leider nicht aus um den Preis zu rechtfertigen.
Pros:

Wie gewohnt sehr gutes Buffet sowohl Frühstück wie auch am Abend.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Dass zwei Becken außer Betrieb waren ist schon bemerkenswert, da nur drei im Außenbereich vorhanden sind. Auch die Bars im Außenbereich waren geschlossen. Dafür den vollen Preis zu verlangen, ist nicht ok.
Im Zimmer sind die Leintücher leider zu klein um sie zu fixieren, daher beim Schlafen eher unangenehm.

War sehr schön und erholsam. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, der Service der Rezeption ausgezeichnet.
Pros:

Frühstück war hervorragend, riesige Auswahl und ich habe immer mein glutenfreies Brot erhalten.
Auch die Maschine zum Selberpressen der Säfte war ausgezeichnet. Essen sehr gut, mein Mann hätte sich mal etwas Hausmannskost gewünscht.

Cons:

Die Therme ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lodge ist sehr schön. Auch das Restaurant im Saunabereich der Lodge ist sehr schön. Die Bänke im Hauptrestaurant sollte man neu überziehen, sind schon sehr abgewetzt.
