Ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und mit dem richtigen Zimmer einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Matterhorn

Das Frühstück war so hervorragend das wir uns jeden Morgen darauf gefreut haben.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Da wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen haben, konnten wir leider nur die Spitze des Matterhorns sehen.

A fantastic hotel with an authentic Alpine feel.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, tasty breakfast with ample choices.

Cons:

I didn’t mind but the hotel spa facilities are located in a different hotel , this is worth noting on booking.

Really friendly and newly renovated wonderful hotel with very nice rooms and breakfast.
Pros:

It is newly renovated and the rooms are really nice, with a small balcony. The lounge area is really nice. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff at the breakfast and the reception very friendly and helpful. My partner was able to use the spa in the hotel next door as well as the gym. Zermatt is wonderful.

Cons:

Nothing to report. Everything is nice.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick aufs Matterhorn.
Super nettes Personal. Koffer stehen lassen für eine Nacht war kein Problem. Kommunikation verlief immer super schnell.
Spa Bereich im anderen Hotel war auch sehr gut.
