Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es ist hervorragend, wenn Negativpunkt 'nächtliche Beleuchtung' übersieht.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage! Sehr modern, alles war neuwertig, wirklich gut! Das Frühstück war grosszügig! Das Taxi konnte man immer bei der Rezeption bestellen, Bedienung war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung von der Aussenseite war lange eingeschaltet, konnte man nicht ändern. Eine Aussenbeleuchtung Ist unseres Erachtens nicht notwendig, zumindest nicht länger als bis 22:00, vor mir aus auch bis 23:00.

Pros:

Hotel céntrico a 5 minutos andando de la estación, también tiene servicio transfer para llevar a los clientes a la estación de tren y recogerlos. Está renovado, casi nuevo, y con una decoración muy bonita. Muy recomendable la habitación con balcón con vistas al Matterhorn en verano, es una maravilla salir al balcón y descansar escuchando el río y viendo la montaña.
El desayuno es fantástico.
El personal es muy amable, especial mención a Yolanda, que nos ayudó mucho a planificar nuestras excursiones. Es un encanto.
Creo que pertenece a la cadena del hotel Alpine resort &spa, y está realmente fenomenal y hemos estado encantados.
Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Calor en verano (Zermatt no permite aire acondicionado) y los edredones son gruesos. Deberían tener ropa de cama de verano porque por la noche hace calor.

Die Lage, war alles in der nähe, das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, super gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Terrasse waren nicht getrennt, wäre besser mit einer Barriere, somit mehr Privatsphäre. (Unsere Zimmer war 205)
Was mich auch nicht ganz gepasst hat, ist die Gepäck Deponierung, die Tür war immer offen und es könnte jeder einfach rein kommen und das Gepäck klauen. Besser wäre mit einem Nummer an das Gepäck anbringen, Tür schliessen und bei Abholung an der Rezeption melden.
