Gostei que o check in foi rápido e a cama é confortável

Cons:

1) a porta do box da casa de banho não abre completamente, encosta no vaso sanitário, tivemos que mudar de quarto.

2) o outro quarto tinha um cheiro pessoal, deixamos tudo aberto e fomos dar uma volta. Quando voltamos o quarto cheirava melhor, mas o ar condicionado não funcionava.

3) cobraram café da manhã adiantado e estacionamento, eu paguei. Quando fui tomar café minha esposa desistiu pois não se sentia bem, porém se recusaram a dar o dinheiro de volta. Se viessem dito que não iriam devolver o valor, não teria reservado o café sem ver, bem fraquinho. Lá se foram 23 euros.

4) a localização e bem no centro, o que dificulta muito encontrar estacionamento.

A única situação que me deixou desiludido foi o facto de, no site do Booking, estar indicado que o hotel dispunha de estacionamento, sem qualquer referência de que este era limitado.

Quando cheguei à receção, fui informado de que existiam apenas cinco lugares de estacionamento e estavam ocupados. Como resultado, tive de deixar o meu carro estacionado na rua.

Escolhi este hotel precisamente por anunciar que tinha estacionamento, e em nenhum momento era referido que a disponibilidade era limitada ou sujeita a reserva. Considero que esta informação deveria estar claramente indicada para evitar expectativas que depois não correspondem à realidade.

De resto, a minha estadia correu muito bem e fiquei satisfeito com todos os restantes aspetos do hotel.

Para hotel 4 estrelas.... muito fraco. Já vi 3 estrelas muito melhor.
Se queres carregar o telemóvel desligas a televisão ou o frigorífico...ou os dois para poderes carregar os dois telemóveis..
