The location was great, staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a great selection and also an option to order from the menu, I ordered the eggs Benedict and was delicious

Rooms are on the small side and can become humid from the use of the bathroom

Hard to say. Location itself only. This is not the hotel we used to know and go there wigj a pleasure.
This hotel used to “breathe” with perfection. Now is a just gray and poor image of it.
The faucet in the bathroom has hot water only, our room 49 was turned to the backyard including 10ish huuuge A/C outside unite. Bad to sleep.
The breakfast was poor, especially the water melon and ananas…they have been 3-4 days old sliced prieces. Low selection of food. I have asked 4 times about Plateia parking and everytime I got the “upgrade betting game.
Breakfast was lovely every morning! The breakfast items can be the same when staying for 5 days, so we suggest changing up the items a bit more
There is no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been very nice to have

On check-in I asked about gluten free options. There was bread only available. I have stayed in 3 star hotels and B&Bs where there was a wealth of choice.
The room was too small and had far too much furniture. The glass bathroom door is not appropriate.

חדר קטן יחסית. מנורה שלא פעלה, הבטיחו לתקן וגם לאחר יומיים לא הצליחו. חדר אמבטיה קטן ומשטח כיור מצומצם.
The location was excellent and the staff were friendly.
There was a limited selection of prepared fruit at the breakfast buffet and some of the prepared to order items were disappointing.
The room was too light in the morning as the bathroom door is frosted glass and the bathroom window doesn't have a blind.
