Perfect Stay
Pros:

Our stay at the Grand Excelsior in Thessaloniki was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every request we had was handled immediately, professionally, and always with a smile.

The location was absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to everything the city has to offer, while the amenities were truly top of the line and exceeded our expectations. The room itself was superb, beautifully maintained, comfortable, elegant, and offering everything needed for a perfect stay.

In short, this hotel delivers a premium experience in every aspect. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thessaloniki and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic location with helpful staff and outstanding breakfast
Pros:

Fantastic location, one street away from the water promenade, with lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices. Very kind staff.

Lage, Frühstück, Rezeption, später Check out gewährt

Cons:

Zimmer sogar nach gezahltem Upgrade klein und zum Hinterhof auf Höhe von Lüftung, Heizung war so heiß dass unser 1 1/2 jähriger Verbrennung erlitt am Arm, Personal teils sehr desinteressierte

Warm Hospitality in a Perfect Location

We had a truly wonderful 3 night stay at The Excelsior with a friend. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to explore Thessaloniki on foot.The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm, elegant, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. What made our stay especially memorable was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. We would particularly like to thank Elizavet for her genuine warmth, attentive care, and the wonderful recommendations she gave us about the city. Her suggestions truly made our experience even more special and authentic.Thank you again for such a lovely stay we would be very happy to return in the future.
