The beach. The restaurant at the beach.
The hotel feels run down. There were issues in our room every day. Starting with the hot water… the AC. The front desk people really wasn’t as nice and accommodating as they should be.

El desayuno muy simple
En cualquier hotel siempre hay cosas que mejorar. En el caso del Cocoplum beach, las instalaciones son algo antiguas (no hay ascensor por ejemplo para subir y bajar equipaje, aunque son dos pisos). No obstante, la habitación estaba nueva y reformada y era muy amplia. Pero yo destaco tres cosas: la playa, muy tranquila, segura y espectacular.Sin duda la zona más estratégica para alojarse en San Andrés, cerca de "los charquitos" y a 15 min en carro del centro; la amabilidad y afabilidad del personal: compensa cualquier inconveniente que uno pueda encontrarse durante la estancia; la comida: lejos del clásico buffet, el desayuno y el menú a la carta es muy bueno y variado, con precio razonable y algunos platos y bebidas tienen un sabor único.
La ubicación, tranquilidad y que tiene acceso a la playa.
La ubicación que es tranquila, aunque el transporte es caro, si te mueves a diferentes lugares, recomiendo alquilar transporte o y el acceso directo a la playa.
Los desayunos fueron algo monótonos y sin mayor variedad, adicional que la relación precio producto no fue la mejor, pueden dar más.
Adicional no hay un buen aislamiento acústico y de iluminación dentro de las habitaciones.
Recomendamos realizar limpiezas frecuentes a la playa.
La atención del.personal, desayuno variado, la ubicación frente a la playa, la cercanía al manglar, banco de arena en medio del mar para hacer snorkel. Además deberíamos cómo turistas ser más conscientes de no botar basura al mar, tampoco dejar basura en la playa
Lo lejos del centro y el transporte público es demorado y la playa estaba un poco sucia, se sabe que el mar trae algas, botellas, bolsas ,etc., pero deberían limpiar, considero que falta ubicar recipientes para botar la basura.
