Un excelente hotel frente al mar...
Pros:

Es un Hotel donde uno no necesitaría salir, ofrece todos los servicios para unas vacaciones de descanso y playa. La comida de mar es muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas. Las playas son casi que privadas y las limpiaron cada día.

Beyond terrible value for money per night

Nice beach and restaurant and friendly staff for the most part

Cons:

Walls are paper thin and can hear all neighbors and their conversations, bathrooms aren’t the most cleanly - rusted shower taps, smell of the bathroom, and unclean glass. We were charged more than intended for both the price of the stay, and some restaurant items.

Es un hotel compdo y tranquilo para el descanso. El dwsayuno fue delicioso

Cons:

Alquilamos unas bicicletas con un aliado del hotel, el precio no fue despreciable y las bicicletas en muy mal estado, sin frenos una, y la otra con el nivel de aire bajito :(

Hotel con mucho que mejorar.
Pros:

El hotel tiene un entorno muy bonito. Es pintoresco. La playa es probablemente la mejor de San Andrés. El personal es correcto.

Cons:

El restaurante no está a la altura de un 4 estrellas. Poca oferta en productos. Fruta no madura. No había vasos, tazas o vajillas suficientes, había que pedirlas. Lo peor, varios perros callejeros se paseaban por el Restaurante y eso no nos gusta a todos. Los precios del restaurante son elevados, a nivel europeo (relación calidad-precio no adecuada).
La playa tiene excesiva cantidad de sargazos y es una pena, porque es preciosa. Estamos de acuerdo en conservar la naturaleza, pero con semejante cantidad de algas no se hace agradable la estancia en la arena. Llama la atención que en hoteles de la vecindad y en la misma playa, no había ese acúmulo de sargazos, porque los entierran, cumpliendo criterios ecológicos. Los perros duermen en las hamacas que luego utilizamos los clientes.
El baño necesita reparación. No llega el agua caliente, ducha oxidada.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Todo, es la tercera vez que vamos, nos gusta ya que la playa es privada, buena la comida, la tendió. Inmejorable, tiene piscina que disfrutan los niños, las habitaciones están remodeladas
