Relación calidad-precio horrible.
Pros:

La ubicación y la playa. Algunas personas del staff como Marshal.

Cons:

No hay agua caliente en la ducha. El hotel no está limpio. Las cortinas y las toallas estaban sucias y viejas. La amabilidad de cierto personal es escasa. Hemos encontrado excrementos de perros al lado del restaurante.
Las tumbonas no son exclusivas del hotel, no pudimos disfrutar de ellas ningún día porque gente externa que pedía algo en el bar del hotel la cogían antes.

La posizione davanti al mare ma il mare faceva schifo per via delle alghe che ci sono tutto l’anno (tutto marrone e poi dopo parecchi metri di nuoto in mare aperto e mosso diventata semi chiaro). La camera vista Mare carina con dotazione di shampoo balsamo e bagno doccia e crema. Cibo del ristorante abbastanza buono. Servizio lento come in tutta l’isola ma personale del bar/ ristorante gentile

Struttura rustica fin troppo cara per il prezzo che paghi, 480 euro per due notti per una deluxe vista mare, pulizia non ne parliamo, da rivedere gli standard, nessuna pulizia del balcone incluso i bicchieri della sera prima e le rimanenze di un dolce… accoglienza al check-in lenta e fredda, quando ho chiesto un asciugamano da spiaggia mi è’ stato detto che non ne avevano e che ne potevamo cambiare uno al giorno, peccato che l’asciugamano che stavamo restituendo era del giorno prima e come per magia sono comparsi altri asciugamani da sotto il banco. L’attrezzatura in spiaggia faceva pena, lettini sporchi e rotti. Inoltre si sentivano i rumori dei corridoi quando le signore pulivano o quando altri ospiti entravano nelle camere (inclusi bimbi che piangevano) pessima insonorizzazione. Asciugamani da bagno sempre uno solo per la faccia/mani anziché due. Cosa stupida ma non da meno nessun cocktail di benvenuto.

Para quem quer fugir da bagunça.
Pros:

Cama super confortável e enorme. Funcionários atenciosos. Longe do barulho do centro.

Cons:

Banheiro do quarto fedia urina, mesmo depois da limpeza. As vezes era insuportável. O chuveiro era difícil de temperar a água, não adiantava mexer no misturador, ele tinha vida própria, esquentava demais e de repente esfriava. Muito sargaço na praia.

Good hotel, great staff, but sadly a "bad beach" full of algae.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, the food at both breakfast and (charged extra) dinner was good, the place was clean and nice.

Cons:

Far away from anything on the island, little to no parking area, the room was supposed to have a seaside view but it most definitely did not, and the beach was constantly full of algae. Constantly full of drying algae, rotting on the beach, giving it a stingy smell.
And the pool was not open enough hours per day to "compensate".

That aside, we loved the place.

La infraestructura externa y su ubicación. La señora Dalila es la única persona q atiende bien y con buena actitud.

Cómodo y relajante
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, las habitaciones cómodas y elegantes, la playa muy hermosa y no estaba tan saturada de gente.

Cons:

Queda un poco lejos del centro y los almuerzos eran muy poquito.
