We were happy with our room, and we really liked the hotel’s interior. The lobby is beautifully designed, and the indoor garden creates a very pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall impression of the hotel was spoiled at the check-in by the reception staff. We were not greeted with a smile, and even simple words like “please” and “thank you” were missing. Even when we thanked the staff, there was no response. Our questions were answered in a rather rude and unhelpful way, often with nothing more than a simple “yes” or “no” and without any explanation.

Good customer service makes a huge difference, and in this case the lack of basic courtesy left us with a disappointing impression of an otherwise nice hotel.

For comparison, we stayed at the nearby Park Inn during another visit, where the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in hospitality was very noticeable.

The lication a few minutes from Airport is anazing, the weight scales in the lugfage room is so helpful!
The breakfast was super amazing!!! And the breakfast hour are very comfortable!
