Pros:

Завтрак в формате шведский стол, чисто, есть все . Буквально все. Зубные щетки, расческа, тапочки , халат и даже мини набор для шитья. Ванная супер, персонал приветливый. Отдельно можно обратить внимание, что отель выходит на ТРЦ MOLLdova, а это от супермаркетов до кинотеатра

Cons:

Нет лифта , по этому учитывайте что людям с ограниченными возможностями будет сложно. В остальном все хорошо .

Уже второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Локация супер, номера чистые , завтрак хороший)))

Отель выбрала, полагаясь на отзывы. Удивлена, как у этого отеля может быть такой высокий рейтинг.
Начнес с того, что отель без лифта и чтобы попасть в номер, нужно преодолеть много ступенек , а с тяжелыми чемоданами это сделать невозможно.
Но хочу отметить, что парень на рецепшн и охраник старались нам помочь и сгладить наши первые неприятные впечатления.
Интерьер отеля очень странный, какой то цыганско арабский стиль. А шкаф похож на гроб, черные бархатные двери просто ужасны.
Ковролин в номере грязный. Я была рада, что мы тут только 1 ночь.
Завтрак плохой , много каких то не очень свежих булок и низкого качества колбаса. Чай из бумажных стаканов - это кошмар и позор.
А портреты Мерлин Монро зачем на стене???
Вообщем, дизан отеля странныый и на болтшого любителя
