In my case, the location was good because there's free parking on the nearby streets on weekends. The room may be a little cheaper than at other hotels in the area, but you get the bare minimum in return.
Room was not too clean, there were spiders. In general, the facilities are practically nonexistent compared to other hotels. TV without any subscriptions. They provide parking 15 EUR for 24h.
