Please note that some rooms are set on the first floor and the building has no elevator.

We appreciated the convenient parking and the swimming pool. Having the opportunity to cool off and relax by the pool was definitely a plus.
However, there were several things that disappointed us.
First, the breakfast was below our expectations.
Second, it was not possible to adjust the air conditioning to our preferred temperature because it is centrally controlled. Our room was 25°C at night, which was too warm for us. When I asked at reception if it could be lowered, I was told that it might be possible in the morning, which was not very helpful since we were only staying for one night.
We were also not fully satisfied with the cleanliness. The room felt somewhat dated, with old bedspreads that did not seem particularly fresh. In the bathroom, we found hairs and other things that should not have been there.
Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt rather unusual and not particularly welcoming. The hotel was mainly occupied by senior guests. We have nothing against older people, of course, but the overall vibe of the place felt somewhat odd and not very comfortable for us.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience, and we would not choose to stay here again.
Die Lage ist hervorragend für eine Besichtigung von San Gimignano. Vom Hotel ist man in 10 Min. am Stadttor. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kostenlos Parkplatz ist ein weiteres Plus. Unser „kleines“ Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer Ausnahme …

Gemütliches, typisch für die Toscana, Haus mit Pool und toller Aussicht. Fußläufig zum Zentrum. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft.
Eine Matratze im Doppelbett war leider sehr durchgelegen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die zu wechseln. Sonst haben wir überlegt länger zu bleiben.
Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean,the staff was polite and also i really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast that was served in the garden.
Great location, wonderful views from garden. Secure parking and lovely pool area. Perfect for visiting San Gimignano village, within walking distance. Good restaurants in the village and surrounding countryside
Shame no restaurant on site, but we knew that in advance. Breakfast was not exceptional, but plenty available for most tastes. However the garden setting for breakfast was absolutely delightful. We were entertained by the resident tortoise and a blackbird family.

What a lovely, quaint, oldy-worldly family run hotel. Pool area was quiet and clean, just perfect. Breakfast lovely continental buffet. Location fab, 15 min walk into centre of town. Staff lovely and friendly. Rooms well equipped and spacious.
Nothing other than air con a bit strong and noisy but not a real complaint!

Pokój w willi prowadzonej przez uroczych ludzi, bardzo pomocni, niedaleko do zabytkowego centrum miasta. Czyto, schludnie przyjemnie, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Łazienka w pokoju czysta wyposażona w podstawowe przybory toaletowe. Smaczne śniadania z dużym wyborem. Parking na miejscu (bezpłatny). Niesamowity widok na okoliczne wzgórza i doliny! POLECAM
