Good relaxing stay
Pros:

Had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn on our short trip to Bombay. The Sattva spa was wonderful. Had a really good 90 minute massage from Olivia who I highly recommend. Such an amiable personality and really good masseuse. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and Sujay from housekeeping was always there to lend a helping hand and check in with us.

The check in and check out process was extremely slow, with long queues and unnecessary waiting times.
The property feels old and poorly maintained from the inside. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom drainage was not functioning properly.
Breakfast was another disappointment. There were long queues, and even after placing an order, the service was slow. It felt like I was being forced to wait at every step of the stay.
Considering the premium prices they charge, the quality of service and facilities are simply not justified.
For me, it's no more Holiday Inn.

A special mention to Amin, whose warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made my dining experience unforgettable. He patiently guided me through the menu, ensured every order was just right, and his genuine hospitality was the highlight of my trip. I would also like to thank Abhishek for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and warm hospitality, which made my stay even more pleasant.

The live sitar performance during dinner was beautiful, soulful, and truly memorable.

While the rooms were comfortable, the in-room amenities did not quite match the standard one would expect from a hotel of this calibre.
