Renovation work is done from 9:00 to 17:00 daily [ Monday - Friday ( excluding holidays ) ] from 12th June, 2023 for 3 months. Also acoustic work is planned from 10:00 to 11:30 (tentative) from June 14 ( pending ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

駅から徒歩5〜10分程度と近く、施設が大変綺麗で清潔。プレミアムルームはラウンジのフリードリンクとお菓子のサービスがあり、嬉しい。

We stayed at Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu for 5 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel’s location, facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. Staying in such a pleasant area as Kichijoji made our visit even more enjoyable.

However, what made this hotel especially memorable for us was the professionalism and kindness of the front desk team. In particular, Ms. Irina at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us with great care, kindness, and a very solution-oriented attitude.

During our 5-day stay, we did not experience any problems at all. I believe the success of this hotel is not only due to its facilities and location, but also thanks to the dedication of staff members like Ms. Irina. If we visit Tokyo again, we would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation.

Thank you very much for everything.

吉祥寺エクセルホテル東急に5泊滞在しましたが、本当に素晴らしい滞在になりました。ホテルの立地、設備、清潔さ、そして全体の雰囲気はどれも非常に満足できるものでした。吉祥寺というとても魅力的なエリアにあることも、今回の滞在をより特別なものにしてくれました。

特に印象に残ったのは、フロントデスクのスタッフの皆さまの素晴らしい対応です。中でもフロントのイリーナさんには、滞在中さまざまな面で大変親切にサポートしていただきました。いつも丁寧で、親身になって対応してくださり、とても心強かったです。

5日間の滞在中、何一つ問題なく快適に過ごすことができました。このホテルの素晴らしさは、設備や立地だけでなく、イリーナさんのように誠実で献身的に働くスタッフの皆さまの努力によるものだと思います。東京を再訪する際には、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful in helping us settle into the hotel. They helped us with all our problems and requests. The hotel is located at least 5 minutes from Kichijoji station and only 15 minutes from Shinjuku station, one of the transfer centers of the transport system. It's not touristy, locals only. The whole bunch of restaurants around. We love our stay!
