Renovation work is done from 9:00 to 17:00 daily [ Monday - Friday ( excluding holidays ) ] from 12th June, 2023 for 3 months. Also acoustic work is planned from 10:00 to 11:30 (tentative) from June 14 ( pending ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

朝食の時間帯が広いことメニューのバラエティさそしてクオリティ、サービスどれも素晴らしかった。

Cons:

施設がすでに古いから仕方ないのかなと思うがバスルームなどの床の黒ずみが少し気になった。

Overall, an enjoyable stay and very convenient location.
Pros:

I like the location as it is very close to Sunroad and restaurants and next to shopping centre. 7-eleven is very close.

Cons:

Rooms was a bit small for two people. But I guess that is standard for Japan

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Tokyu chain hotels are reliable, but this is a particularly good choice. While a bit of a walk from Kichijoji Station, you're passing through the covered shopping arcade so you're not going on any major roads and aren't exposed to the elements. The location itself is perfect for shopping in Kichijoji and exploring the excellent restaurants and izakayas at night. The building itself is fairly new and rooms are slightly bigger than normal for Tokyo standards. The hotel even has a (tiny) fitness centre (called activity room) that's divided into a play area for children and a small space with two ellipticals, a set of adjustable dumbbells, and a few foam rollers and such - very unusual of any metropolitan hotel in Japan. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent though it doesn't vary from day to day.
Pro tip: There's a limousine bus from Haneda to Kichijoji Station if you're arriving tired from overseas.

Cons:

Nothing really. Perhaps change up the breakfast buffet a bit, although it is seasonal already.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a great area near Tokyu Department store. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, only a short walk to the station. Kichijoji is my favourite area in Tokyo and I always stay at the Excel.

Cons:

No complaints.
