Si te quieres alojar en el barrio trendy de Kichijoji, alejado de los turistas, es probablemente el mejor hotel que vas

Buena localización en el barrio de Kichijoji

Cons:

Está dentro de un centro comercial y las ventanas dan al interior del centro, por lo que, aunque no se escucha ruido, no dispones de luz solar en la habitación. A diferencia de todos los hoteles de Japón en los que estuvimos, no te daban botellitas de agua en la habitación. Por las noches el centro comercial cierra y hay que encontrar el timbre de llamada, que no está a la vista, para que te dejen entrar. Precio caro en relación con otros hoteles de Tokio de similar o superior calidad

Perfetto come base per qualche giorno.
Pros:

Fanno servizio Yamato se si vogliono spedire le valigie, stanza ricca di amenities. Palestra. Staff molto disponibile. Bel quartiere, caratteristico e più autentico, con vita notturna fino alle 11pm.

Cons:

Camera un po’ piccola. Fuori dal centro, ma comodo alla stazione.

彼が誕生日だったので、予約時にケーキを持ち込みたいとお願いをした際も、快く引き受けて下さり、すぐに通じて対応して下さったことも、カトラリーも貸して頂けたことも凄く嬉しかったです。

Very nice comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

We stayed in a deluxe room. The space was tiny but we were able to make it work. This was our second long stay here (14 days this time), so we knew what to expect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, a real value in July! The location is good, really close to lots of restaurants and shopping, the Inokashira park, Kichijoji station. The nightly happy hour was a nice touch.

Cons:

We only ate breakfast here a couple of times this trip. The breakfast is very much geared to Asian guests, which are probably by far the majority of guests. The butter buns are fantastic. There was alway fresh fruit and fresh yogurt. The price is good, considering it comes with coffee and juice. But for a long stay, there wasn't enough variety of western foods for us. I would have been willing to try the huge variety of asian foods, but I would need some help to understand how to do it. Generally, only the front desk staff spoke english. I do wish there was an option for a larger room, with a closet or wardrobe and a dresser.

高齢者にも優しいホテル、高好評させていただきます。
Pros:

上京した孫たちと高齢の父との旅行のために利用させていただきました。
チェックインが心配で旅行に億劫さを感じていたようですが、事前の電話での対応にも親切に応じていただき、スムーズにできたようです。また利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

受付の対応が良くなかった。宿泊人数を間違えて予約したのはこちらだが、その時の受付の対応がすごく嫌な思いをした。イヤな気持ちが顔に出ていて、今後は一切利用したくないと感じた。
