Personnelet var hyggelig og imøtekommende, rent og pent! Nydelig frokost og stor utvalg

Cons:

Eg hadde bestilt king size room med innsjekk mellom kl 14-15, dette rommet var ikke klart kl 1430 ble oppgradert til queen rom som skulle vert et finere rom... var et conectet rom en kontor stol, ingen glass, ikke kjøleskap, 2 enkle senger som stod sammen så det va skuff

Заказывали номер с кроватью Кинг сайз, заплатили большие деньги, и спали в итоге на двух односпальных кроватях которые были сдвинуты, и которые скрипели и разьезжались. Под кроватью валялись бумажки. Везде было пыльно. В остальном все нормально. Спросили за ресепшене за кровать, нам сказали это была ошибка в системе извините и все.

Was a good stay albeit the minor issues.
Pros:

Hotel is located in a central location in Haugesand with short distance to city Center. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Room became really hot at night and the soap/shampoo bottle was empty when I tried to shower in the morning.

Time for an upgrade of the hotel and rooms?
Pros:

The room felt worn and poorly maintained, with visible marks on the walls and outdated furniture. Cleanliness was a concern – a dark fabric chair had white stains that gave an unhygienic impression.

The bed was uncomfortable, and both the duvets and pillows were very thin. The kettle in the room was dirty, and although I received a replacement from reception, it still did not feel clean enough to use.

Overall, the room did not meet a reasonable hotel standard. If this reflects the general quality of the hotel, I will not choose to stay here again.
