Компетентен и любезен персонал. Чиста, тиха и спокойна стая.Отлична закуска , разнообразна. Отлично местоположение - до центъра и до ж.п. гара , възможност за паркиране в хотела със заплащане. Възможност
за ползване на хладилник без допълнително заплащане.

Cons:

Би могло да се подобри, според мен:
- Предоставянето на информация на клиентите относно вида на стаите - ако е стая "комфорт", с какво изложение е, тиха ли е, какво съдържа стаята , комфорта само от размера на стаята ли зависи или от допълнителни удобства и изложение.
- Предоставянето на информация на клиентите за политиката за смяна на хавлиите за баня - колко често се сменят - не всеки клиент успява да прочете без очила за четене в банята , къде и кога да предостави по Регламент хавлията за пране.
