Other than the bathroom lighting being minimal and insufficient, the property and staff were wonderful!!

Proximity to attractions, staff were readily available to provide assistance. The whole property inside and out were well taken care of.

My stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that experience came down to the incredible staff—especially Owen, Georgia, and the housekeeping team.

From the moment I arrived, Owen made me feel genuinely welcome. His professionalism, warm attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for the entire stay. He handled everything with ease and a smile, making check-in smooth and stress-free.

Georgia was equally impressive. Her attention to detail and friendly personality truly stood out. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect and consistently made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and naturally hospitable.

The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well. My room was spotless every single day—fresh, organized, and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows. Walking into such a clean and well-maintained space made a big difference in my overall experience. Also everything is close by you can walk to anywhere you want, Mall,restaurants,all different stores and anything you can think of!

Together, Owen, Georgia, and the housekeeping staff created an environment that felt welcoming, relaxing, and top-tier in every way. This level of service is what turns a good hotel stay into a memorable one. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. Awesome place to stay! I travel a lot for work and I always stay with Hilton. I’ve noticed the breakfast at many hotels that offer free breakfast has really gone downhill. But this Hampton Inn has the BEST free breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. The staff are all friendly and helpful and their location is great. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. I will always stay here whenever I’m traveling in Bradenton!

I love this hotel. It's close to everything you need, they have the BEST staff in Florida, the Wifi is fast and always accessible, the breakfasts are worth the price of admission and its so clean and convenient.

A very Good Hampton inn! Our go to property when in Sarasota. Can get expensive during season . Good breakfast, clean rooms and nice staff. Excellent location. University mall right there . The rooms have vented air and heat!!! Something not many hotels have. No loud window a/c units to keep you up at nite. First ime there it may be a challenge to find , but after one time no problem. Stayed here a dozen times . Always a consistent product.

We came for a medical trip for three weeks ended up staying three months. They are many nice places to stay but the combination of the hotel and staff is what makes this place so special. Thank you to Patrick (GM) and Parker. The front desk is so friendly Georgia and Owen along with Allison. The breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, thank you Janet and others. Wendy was our cleaning attendant, she is wonderful. Always clean towels and a smile.

The suite was so cozy and comfortable. It had to be for this extended stay. We got a great deal price wise.

Location wise is perfect, your in the middle of the UTC area. So many restaurants to choose from.

Atmosphere is so good, decorated for Xmas. Pool area is clean and private. No noise.

Loved this hotel. Rooms clean & super comfortable . Shower water pressure amazing!! Love they had the lobby decorated w Olympics decor & had the games on the big TV . Very inviting!!
Allison & Leslie from the staff were so friendly! Pool was super nice too
