Great location to Museums, the train station and restaurants in Las Letras and Huerta neighborhoods
Pros:

Great location in a small square along the Paseo del Prado and walking distance from the Atocha train station. Good morning breakfast and there is also a traditional Thai Spa that was relaxing and the staff was excellent.

Cons:

No gym facilities but the front desk will coordinate gym use at neighboring Radisson Red.

Pros:

The location is great!

Cons:

The room was very dark with no natural light. The staff is not the friendliest one - when requested to change the room, they were not very eager to help. Same goes to the cleanliness of the room - could be done better.

Décoration, parfum, petit-déjeuner, réception et service. Equipement au top (brosse à dent, défroisseur...).

Cons:

- Odeurs d'égout lorsque l'on ouvrait la fenêtre.
- Pommeau de douche cassé idem pour la brosse toilette.
