The breakfast was tasty. The staff were very helpful and available. When problems arose they fixed things very quickly. The building was clean. The spa was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and stayed cool in the heat.

The facilities, the staff & the breakfast were brilliant. So much choice for the breakfast buffet. The staff were super friendly on our arrival & the hotel was absolutely beautiful.
The location of the property was quite a walk to most areas but I don’t think this is a hotel specific issue, I think this is more that Madrid is quite a spread out city.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the excellent service of Leticia during breakfast. As well, I observed, that she needs to have assistance as she is managing the operation for only by herself, it is too much work for a single employee. She is excellent but one can tell Radisson should add more personnel under her
