Pokój był duży, czysty i bardzo komfortowy. Miłym dodatkiem była kawa i herbata dostępna w pokoju. Cały personel był uprzejmy i pomocny, jednak szczególne podziękowania należą się obsłudze strefy basenowej. Pracująca tam pani była niezwykle życzliwa, wszystko dokładnie wyjaśniła i pokazała, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Pobyt na basenie i w saunach był prawdziwą przyjemnością.

Nie podobało mi się, że w pokoju nie było szamponu ani jednorazowych kapci.

Cicho, spokojnie, daleko od krupówek (30 minut spacerem) ogólnie polecam.
Pros:

Śniadania były dobre, sycące, był dość duży wybór. Blisko wejścia do TPN w Kuźnicach (jakieś 10 minut piechotą). Basen spory (trochę zimna woda) i przyjemny po wyjściu w góry. Jacuzzi duże i przestronne. Dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju, więc takie miłe niespodzianki też się zdarzają. Pokój duży i dobrze przemyślany. W pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Niedaleko jest przystanek autobusowy (dosłownie 50m).

Cons:

"dwuosobowe" łóżko złożone z dwóch pojedynczych łóżek. Pomiędzy materacami była szpara.

To już nasz kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu i jak zwykle wszystko było super :) Obsługa jest bardzo miła, pomocna i serdeczna, a wszyscy tworzą naprawdę przyjazną atmosferę. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani i mile widziani. Hotel jest zadbany, spokojny i bardzo komfortowy, dlatego z przyjemnością tu wracamy. Dziękujemy za kolejny udany pobyt i na pewno do zobaczenia!
