Odradzam pobyt, dozwolone palenie papierosów na balkonach, tarasach itp. Śmierdzi papierosami

Byliśmy w hotelu Murowanica już nie pierwszy raz. Do tej pory wszystkie nasze pobyty były rewelacyjne i z chęcią wracaliśmy do tego hotelu jak byliśmy w Zakopanem. Niestety tym razem wielka negatywna niespodzianka. Okazało sie, ze zakaz palenia dotyczy tylko wnętrza hotelu, wiec na tarasie, balkonie itp. już ten zakaz nie dotyczy. Trafiliśmy na sąsiadów, którzy przez cały dzień siedzieli na tarasie i palili, jeden papieros od drugiego. W tej sytuacji my już nie mogliśmy posiedzieć na zewnątrz, ponieważ oddzielała nas od nich metrowej szerokości ścianka, która niestety nie zabezpiecza od smrodu papierosowego. Nie można było nawet zostawić otwartych, uchylonych drzwi balkonowych, ponieważ cały pokój natychmiast wypełniał się smrodem papierosowym. Do tego obsługa, a głównie kierownik recepcji również nie popisali się. Rozmowa z nim wyglądała mniej więcej jak u Barei w filmie "Miś", usłyszeliśmy mnie więcej "nie mamy Pańskiego płaszcza i co Pan nam zrobi". Myślałem, ze te czasu już bezpowrotnie minęły, ale widocznie w hotelu Murowanica jeszcze nie, przykre. My już nie wrócimy do tego hotelu i chciałby ostrzec wszystkich, którzy chcą czasami posiedzieć przy kawie wsłuchując się w szum potoku, więc jeśli chcecie to zrobić nie wąchając smrodu papierosowego to Murowanicę omijajcie z daleka.

Cicho, spokojnie, blisko szlaków turystycznych.

Cons:

W apartamencie typu Deluxe można oczekiwać, że w łazienka będzie bez zastrzeżeń.
Niestety, grzejnik był zardzewiały z odrapaną farbą.
Aż strach było powiesić ręcznik.
Jacuzzi na basenie lata świetności ma już za sobą, bąbelków było jak na lekarstwo :(

Pros:

The room was big, a good shower and bathroom, good beds. I liked the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. They helped me reschedule my stay with two days, since my boyfriend had an accident and i had to travel alone.
They also offered a lunch package from my hike since i was leaving earlier than the breakfast.

Cons:

Everything was clean, except for the mini kitchen unfortunately. I wanted to use a fork last night but there was still dirt on it from the previous user. I found that very sad. There was also coffee crumbs still on the counter, which makes me think the kitchen part wasn’t cleaned at all.
