Pros:

A mis niños le gustó mucho la piscina de chorrera. La otra estuvo sucia durante todo el estadía.

Cons:

Las instalaciones exteriores están sucias. Los pasillos muy sucios. Estuvimos 4 días y 3 noches y no vi ningún personal limpiando los alrededores o las áreas comunes. La piscina estuvo todo el estadía llena de hojas. En ocasiones anteriores veíamos una persona limpiando las piscinas en las mañanas pero esta vez no fue así.
Cuando fueron a limpiar la habitación, solo cambiaron las toallas y la ropa de cama (a petición).
Es muy lamentable porque yo acostumbraba ir al menos dos veces al año ya que se pasaba muy bien.

Sonido de la musica fuerte hasta las 11 pm ,se escuchaba el griterio de los
Niños eso no se si pudiera controlarse pero el que busca algo mas tranquilo no le gustaria jeje .Laberinto para entrar a los apartamentos el que llega por primera vez se vuelve un.8 .En el cuarto No hay televisor ni espejos , el tv estaba en la sala .

Great time at Costa Bahia Hotel iand Convention Center n Guayanilla
Pros:

We booked 2 king rooms to accompany my daughter, her husband and their 3 year old daughter for the 5k Hunga Maldonado marathon in Villalba (about half an hour away). All the hotels closer to Villalba were either booked or too expensive. Well we were pleasantly surprised with the Costa Bahia Hotel and Convention Center in Guayanilla! I loved the cleanliness above all. The beds and pillows were so confortable! The minifride was cold, The coffeemaker clean and in good working condition. The armchair was missing, but front desk arranged for it to be taken to our room in minutes. The bathroom toiletries were suficient. And the hot water was very hot. It was a little tricky at first, but I managed. The free breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and oatmeal, coffee and juice. The café, game room, pool table lounge, casino and bar/pub in the lobby are a plus! Also 2 good size pools and a really beautiful, immaculate and delicious restaurant on premises, Botavara. Our waitress, Isabel was a sweetheart and made us feel like family. Overall, we had a fun and very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only down for me was the loud music in the pool area, but that is probably me and my sensitive ears. However the room and lobby are nice and quiet. Also, I wished that the food had been a little hotter, but that is ok, we were very hungry. Maybe a microwave for us picky eaters would be good

Cons:

No room service, no food delivery, can't order breakfast even if you want it , no fridge in room, not even a bottle of water, not a table in the room to at least eat in the room
