I reserved a queen bedroom with two queen beds but none were available so I was offered a bedroom with a king bed. That meant I had to sleep on a sleep sofa.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned well.
Hair was left in bathroom bowl and in shower from previous guests. Very disappointed in cleanliness of bathroom.
