Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel with breakfast available. We stayed here on the way to Richmond because they had a hot tub! We got up early in the morning and enjoyed the hot tub before getting on with our day! The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only issue we found was the bathroom door in the pool room was hard to move because it rubbed on the floor.

Bed was comfy . Rooms were old and the hotel smelled like weed and smoke
Pros:

It was a good price for a quick over night stay on the way to the OBX

Cons:

My room didn’t smell but once u opened the door all u could smell was cigarettes and weed. My daughter wanted to take a quick dip in the pool . It was cloudy and dirty looks like it had algae everywhere

Looked great from the outside and the lobby was beautiful but the room was very disappointing!
Pros:

Good breakfast

Cons:

Could not get into our room until 6:30 because it was still being cleaned, carpet was filthy, sofa bed was stained and in desperate need of a replacement, ceiling light did not work and room was very dark. No hot water in shower

It was an okay stay. Until the pool issues are fixed I would not stay their again.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. I like that it was plenty of parking and the outdoor seating out front made it look homey. The staff was nice.

Cons:

I did not like that did not have towels at the pool. The pool was ice cold that we could not even use it. The floor in the room had stains on it. My comforter had stains and was yellowish in color. The bed felt damp. The tv was small and the dresser that it was on was disgusting. Kids were running around late at night being extra loud.
