Pros:

The location. Brilliant shower.Handy tiny ironing board.

Cons:

Body wash/hand wash empty. Suspect the room wasn't fully cleaned and serviced with supplies.
No bed side tables. Curtains needed replacing.

Pros:

オークランドの市街地中心部にある。空港からの直通バス停があるスカイタワーまで徒歩約10分ほどでアクセスは良い。ティッシュとドライヤーは置いてなかったが、環境配慮として妥当だ。

Cons:

窓の鍵が壊れていて閉まらなかった。テレビのチャンネル数が日本の地上波と同じくらいしか映らない。ロビーに置かれているコーヒーメーカーが美味しくない。シャワーが固定で身体全体を流しにくい。

Pros:

The location was great. Local pubs, shops and restaurants close by. Friendly staff and accommodated when asked for extra towels and replenished our coffee and teas,

Cons:

Unfortunately the room smelt like it needed the carpets cleaned. Had an odur when walking into the room ( Like urine). It wasn't overly bad but noticeablewhen entering the room, the room itself was clean and tidy, with everything we needed.

Clean, comfortable and good price.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was a little small. Bed was comforatable. Great to be able to open the Window and door for fresh air.

Cons:

Room was a bit small but worked for the short time we were there.
Noise from road, pubs and people below throughout the night until about 3 or 4am. Even though we were 11 floors up!

when booking was made it noted that parking and breakfast were included, but there was in fact not included as advertised and only a deal between the hotel and expensive parking building located out the back of the building, and breakfast was a voucher for an average cafe down the street.
facilities were very tired and average, room was not in great condition or clean. the carparking building that the staff directed us to had human urine and feces in the accessway back through to the accommodation.
The stay was not good or worth the money, and was very disappointing for a holiday experience.
