Heerlijk. Mooie locatie en goed voor elkaar
Pros:

Locatie is top. Service en ontbijt ook. Niet goedkoop maar wel goed voor elkaar.

Cons:

We zaten aan de achterkant tegen het bouwterrein waar al ‘s morgens vroeg gebouwd werd.

Fab spot for enjoying Rotterdam
Pros:

Fantastic historic building in the centre of Rotterdam, converted to a really comfortable hotel.
Fab room with floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking the water, we sat and watched all the boats for a long time
Great bathroom and restaurant. The staff were very helpful storing our bikes inside.

Pros:

Close to the Cruise terminal. Walking distance to the metro and Rotterdam Central. Some restaurants around the hotel. Super hot water and decent toiletries.

Cons:

Farther from the center of town than we thought. Turn of the century hotel. It's a little dark inside. About 8 stairs to enter the hotel. I and I did not see a ramp. No mini fridge in the room. Breakfast is 25 euros.

Für Fans der Holland America Line
Pros:

Das Hotel New York ist der historische Hauptsitz der Holland America Line. Es liegt direkt am Wasser, die Wassertaxi-Zentrale liegt praktisch vor der Haustür. Bushaltestelle, Tram und Metro fußläufig. Von unserem großzügigen Zimmer konnten wir die einlaufenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe beobachten. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

Parken ist teuer, wir nutzten daher den günstigeren, gut erreichbaren Parkplatz vor der SS Rotterdam. Auch wenn man hier wegen des Nostalgiewertes absteigt, sollte das Personal mitbekommen, dass der Fernseher ausgestöppselt war, da nicht reparierbar. Es gab Diskussion um die Rechnungshöhe, jemand hatte abends Getränke auf unser Zimmer buchen lassen (letztlich wurde der Anspruch fallengelassen).

Geluidsoverlast ‘s morgens om 7 uur door bouwactiviteiten, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen
