An amazing stay
Pros:

The cleanness, the restaurant and Bar facilities, the quietness in general and all the green palms.

The location was very good, although you can't swim on the front beach, since there is a reef barrier.

Cons:

The general impression from the staff behaviour and the policy of the hotel, is the general impression you get from the rural areas of India, that they are not interested in foreign tourism, only in domestic, hence the scornful attitude. Also, if you are a smoker, don't choose this hotel. In all the premises there are only two ashtrays and you are prohibited to smoke even in open spaces.

Overall, the stay did not live up to the expectations for the price paid. It was a very disappng
Pros:

The restaurant staff and reception staff were very polite and welcoming. The food was delicious and well prepared. The resort’s outfield was beautiful, with lots of greenery that made the environment very relaxing and pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room stay was a very poor experience. The rooms were small, dark, and quite old, with very little ventilation. Cleanliness was also a concern, as the bedsheets and towels looked old and not well maintained. The AC was a major issue on the first day and caused a lot of inconvenience. However, Priyanka was very helpful and managed to get it replaced the next day, and I appreciate her effort. Despite that support, the overall room experience was disappointing.

Beautiful grounds and facilities.Small room size
Pros:

The high tide bar staff were great and the onsite restaurant Bonova was amazing, the food was delicious and the live musician was a lovely addition.
The breakfast spread was great with lots to choose from at the buffet as well as being able to order additional items from omelettes to dosas.

Cons:

The size of the Nicobar cottage was smaller than expected with very limited storage.Also the hotel taxi prices were higher than expected and we found it cheaper to just flag an tuk tuk down from the roadside

Hit or miss... depending on the staff
Pros:

Great Location....rooms are spacious....some staff ate brilliant... cafe food is super....diving center folks are awesome...front desk folks are courteous

Cons:

Some staff shouldn't be in hospitality clearly....no 24 hour restaurant despite being a 5 star.. frequentl power outages with gaps to restore electricity....at least should have solar emergency lights as backup.

Pros:

Wonderful pool area. Comfortable lounge chairs at the beach. Beautiful park, liked the information signs on the trees, like a botanical garden.
