Good place to stay that offers a good location, good food, value for money and helpful staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good. It is both close to the Highway as well as close to the city. The staff is polite and helpful

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom was not working efficiently. The water was coming from the sides (across the edges since the cover has come off) instead of the centre and it was either too hot or cold.

Good hotel, could be better
Pros:

Tandoori Lollipop was a unique tasting dish I have not tried in many places. Those were good.

Pros:

Clean hotel. Room size is great. Everyday cleaning provided. Good amenities (we even used their gym).

Cons:

Restaurant staff needs more training. Our room service meal (chicken) was brought raw (not undercooked, but simply raw). Many items on the menu were in the stop list due to the "gas shortages" which were nowhere to be seen at the gas filling stations (gas operating cars were refilled there no problem).

Comfortable room size, but let down by service and smells
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience compared to other hotels in the same price range across India.
-Spacious rooms: The room itself was a good size and quite comfortable to move around in.
-Reliable hot water: I had no issues with the facilities, and the hot water worked perfectly.
-Nearby Thali restaurant: There is an excellent Thali restaurant just steps away from the hotel. It was the culinary highlight of my stay!

Cons:

-Poor service: The staff’s attitude was disappointing. Compared to the hospitality I’ve received at similarly priced hotels in other Indian tourist spots, the service here felt subpar.

-Unpleasant room odor: There was a strange smell in the room. I suspect it was coming from the air conditioning unit, which made the atmosphere less comfortable.

-Mediocre breakfast: The breakfast was not to my taste. The sweets had a strong scent of baking powder, and the vegetables did not look fresh

Excellent stay with great staff
Pros:

Really enjoyable 3 night stay. Super big room. Very helpful staff. Hotel arranged car and a great driver so we could visit Ajanta/Ellora caves.
