Bad communication, cold service.
Pros:

We were unaware breakfast was not included in the room, we would not have taken.

Cons:

Breakfast was below average, considering the charges. Food was not fresh, service was bare and items not tasty. We had asked for early checkin for lne room which was verified thr day before, but it still took some time to get the rooms.

Even the hazel suite was not that great. Bathrooms smelled. Sofa was not that clean. Infra is old

The price comparison to what u get is not worth for the fern quality to other properties.
Pros:

Some of the staff was good and very helpful.

Cons:

It being under construction parking was a big problem, rooms are ok size there was a dead mice in the pool which no one was even interested to know. No wonder it had been dead in water for how long. The entry gate is very narrow and location from the road is from a bus stand which is overcrowded. The buffet had very limited options n only if u were a corporate tie up on business or official trip the staff would pay extra attention orelse no one even stopped to offer water in the restaurant.

Car entry, exit and parking facilities were very poor. Staff generally is very unresponsive. Bathroom plumbing was broken. Food quality in restaurant was average

Excellent place to stay and very welcoming hospitality.
Pros:

The staff were very professional. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet for an additional fee but it was worth it as they offered a variety of delicious cuisines. The location was in a central point close to shopping mall and an hour from Ellora Caves and 2.5 hours to Ajanta. Our servers at the restaurant were great and of course the other staff too.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff tried really hard to communicate with me and get me what I was asking for.

Cons:

The older man that was at the front desk would not listen to me and seemed to think that HE knew more about what I wanted than I did. Disgusting. He said he would have rides ready for me then didn't communicate with the other staff. Frustrating.
