Pros:

The breakfast and the breakfast staff.
The afternoons by the pool and the little treats in the middle of the day such as bola de berlim and refreshing flavoured water

Cons:

Our room ran out of water on the day of the check out.
Called the front desk and had no resolution just a slight gaslighting.
Had to check out without being able to have a shower.
