Hotel muito confortável, staff competente, pequeno almoço muito bom e com uma localização excelente muito perto da praia.
A possibilidade de apanhar o ferry para Setúbal é muito interessante.

Hospedei me por poucas horas pois o Hotel fica em uma ilha e quando cheguei a travessia ja n havia mais ferry boat para atravessar c o carro. Então tive que apanhar outra embarcação.
É um bom hotel c boa infraestrutura.

Cons:

Foi reservado um quarto quando efetuei a reserva pelo booking, mas quando chegamos ao quarto o mesmo não correspondia ao que havia escolhido.
Ja era tarde e precisava descansar ja que no dia seguinte teria que atravessar logo cedo para Setúbal pois tinha um compromisso, mesmo diante disso, telefonei a receção e questionei sobre o quarto. O colaborador. Foi atencioso, mas disse, vou ver se consigo o quarto conforme eu havia escolhido e disse: vou ver mas duvido que tenha algum livre.
Pronto, conseguiu o quarto, durmi algumas horas e retornei logo muito cedo no primeiro barco de volta a Setúbal, nem mesmo gozei do pequeno almoço.
Por se tratar de um hotel 5* nem mesmo havia uma garrafa de agua no quarto, foi apenas um quarto seco.
Poderia ter como de costume uma garrafa de água mesmo que tivesse aue pagar.

Não fiz o check-out, fui tomar o pequeno almoço, tinha tudo no quarto e quando cheguei estava a funcionária da limpeza a limpar, a separar as camas com tudo o que era meu lá e dentro do meu horário pago (9.45H)...o que é inadmissivel...nem num Hostel.
Colocaram máquina de Nespresso mas sem qualquer cápsula apesar de dizerem existirem duas de oferta...enfim!
Achei um serviço deplorável o facto de entrarem no meu quarto sem eu ter feito o check-out.
