Un hotel tranquilo y acogedor.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado. Su personal es sumamente atento y gentil y sus instalaciones son hermosas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas.
La comida es variada, abundante y sabrosa.

Decepcionado!
Cons:

El aire acondicionado del cuarto no servia durante me estadia. Este mismo problema le sucedio a varios huespedes. La solucion al problema fue dar ventiladores aquienes lo solicitaban. Tuvimos muy malas noches a la hora de dormir por el calor. Decepcionante la actitud del personal para dar alternativas ante el incidente.

Beautiful but no AC!
Pros:

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and truly tries to accommodate needs! The outdoor space is what makes this hotel so wonderful! As someone from a southern state who is used to heat we chose this hotel specifically because it said it had air-conditioning while many hotels in Antigua do not. They do have air-conditioning, but in the four nights that we have been here it has not worked properly and we even moved rooms and the second room is even warmer. The staff has been wonderful at trying to remedy the situation, but it is not something that they can control. Other than the air-conditioning not working the food here has been good, and the service has been excellent!

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Beautiful entrance and rooftop views. walkable location to restaurants and center park . Secure gate to enter and exit property. The spaces are architecturally interesting, there are multiple water fountains and features in the courtyards . The beds were comfortable and shower had excellent pressure and temp. Free fresh coffee station. Pleasant staff . They are able to exchange money and speak English . Willing to hold our luggage while we were doing volcano tour overnight. Excellent place to stay when visiting Antigua.
