Close to the beach, big pool was amazing, bartender was great Grounds are incredible, a lot of wildlife and well maintained.

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful, weird responses to normal requests. Had impression from description was directly on beach when actually across the street. Close, just different than expected

Na onze upgrade hadden we een prima kamer.
Pros:

Prachtige tuin met veel dieren, mooi zwembad met swim up pool en zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Op de receptie na geweldig personeel die echt alles deden om je verblijf goed te maken. Zeker de goed Engels sprekende kok die in de ochtend de eieren bakte, dat was een topper. Hij zorgde voor een taartje met kaarsje toen mijn zoon hoorde dat hij geslaagd was. De receptie zei dat ze dat niet hadden of er iets mee konden.

Cons:

De receptie was totaal niet flexibel, maakte fouten maar wilde ze niet herstellen. Na ruim een half uur wachten op de manager is alles goed gekomen. Onze kamer is een dag vergeten. Het eten en drinken is flink geprijsd.
Achterstallig onderhoud er was zoveel speling bij onze deur dat een grote zandkrab gewoon naar binnen kon komen, de daken zijn aan vervanging toe.

Que me digan que tengo un 10% de descuento en el restaurante y al final no lo hagan... Por qué a la jovencita se le olvidó 😕... Indiqué en recepción que no me lo hicieron descuento y la jovencita venía atrás mío y comenzó a decir... Eso del descuento ya no aplica, como le indicaron que si, simplemente me miro y solo me dijo: se me olvidó. Siento que me quiso ver la cara, esa es mi molestia. Por lo demás todo excelente, muy lindo todo!

Lovely family room, great location,
Pros:

Our room was a family room which was on 2 levels, the room was spacious and had 2 bath rooms, a small fridge and coffee maker.
Good options for breakfast
Offered 10% off in restaurant meals on check in which I thought was a nice gesture.
Accommodated a further nights stay in the same room as our plans changed.
Lots of wildlife around the hotel, we say Howler monkeys and sloths while walking to breakfast..

Cons:

We were only supplied 2 towels for a family of four on check in and despite asking more towels not provided until day 3 of our stay. Our room was also not cleaned until day 3 of our stay.
The pool area was very busy and the pool looked cloudy so my children preferred to swim in the sea.
Staff were not very friendly and were reluctant to add the 10% discount to our meal bill despite the check in offer.
