Beautiful hotel, great food and friendly staff, but disappointing amenities and management.
Pros:

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus, just a short distance from the beach and close to many local attractions. Having restaurants on-site is another great convenience.

Cons:

The internet connection was very poor, making it difficult to perform basic online activities, such as checking emails, browsing the internet, or even watching TV in our room. There was no room service or telephone to contact the front desk, and the beach area appeared to be understaffed, resulting in limited attention to guests. Additionally, an incident occurred that the staff seemed unprepared to handle, leading to a very disorganized and frustrating situation. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite how poorly the situation was managed, my friend received no proper support, follow-up, or formal apology from the hotel manager.

Great place we will definitely come back again
Pros:

The location next to the beach and in the jungle was great we also like the sushi restaurant on the beach as well as the sports bar

Cons:

We think the rooms could use some dresses or drawers or somewhere to put your clothes other than just a few hangers. The sports bar was nice, but the service was really, really slow.

Hotel muy bonito con buena ubicación
Pros:

Su ubicación en frente de la playa.
Nos gustó mucho la zona del bar/piscina y el desayuno fue el mejor que disfrutamos durante nuestra estancia en Costa Rica.
En sus instalaciones se pueden observar colibríes, perezosos..

Waste of money and so many bugs in the room. They don’t care.
Pros:

There are some nice people that were here. It is close to the beach.

Cons:

They put me in a room that was full of bugs. Hundreds of dead bugs on the floor, in the corners, on the bed. Many live bugs as well that were biting me. The door did not seal properly. They put me in the room anyway. I was able to change rooms the next day after being with bugs all night. Some of the rooms have sliding wooden doors that do not completely close. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, but overall they are not service oriented and generally do the minimum. They are often socializing or on their phones and you have to wait for them to finish before asking for their help when you need it. If you schedule any activities, the markup is at least 30% more.

Entspannte Tage iin einer grünen Oase
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage inmitten von vielen Pflanzen und Tieren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot beim Frühstück ist gross und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten die Beach Loft gebucht, welche sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet ist. Der schöne Pool bietet eine willkommene Erfrischung. Über die Strasse gelangt man direkt zum Strand.

grosses Zimmer und schöne Anlage aber viel zu teuer für den Standard
Pros:

die Lage war gut und das Zimmer geräumig mit viel Stauraum

Cons:

das Badezimmer war sehr alt und eklig, müsste dringend renoviert werden.
Die Türe und das Moskitonetz zur Terrasse konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen werden. Auf der Terrasse roch es teilweise sehr unangenehm nach Kanalisation.

Pros:

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, thank you for taking care of us and our little one.
The location is perfect, not only is it steps away from the beach but travelling in either direction will take you to national parks and reserves, beach towns and activities.

Cons:

The room just felt a little bit cramped (noted we did request to add in a cot which was provided for us - thank you for this)
