Great location, fantastic staff, very comfortable room with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Very good location, easily to find from the M3. Large car park. I was made to feel very welcome even when arriving late in the evening. All staff were fantastic, both when I arrived and the following morning, not a grumpy face to be seen.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Very good quality breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to discuss.

Personnelle très accueillant!

Cons:

Il faisait chaud donc dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible d'ouvrir plus les fenêtres.

We wilden een omboekingpersoneel hielp heel vriendelijk mee voor een andere kamer.
Alles aanwezig en netjes. Lekkere bedden. Ventilator op elke kamer. 2 nachten geweest en we hebben bijgeboekt voor weer 2 nachten. Je bent met een uur in londen vanaf het hotel. Ideaal. Het treinstation is er naast. Al hoor je ze niet s nachts.
Fijn terras.

Location suited, staff pleasant

Cons:

Outdated, senior management need to visit and stay, required complete modernising, holes in carpets, dead flies on window sill in dining area extremely hot despite fan, rough repairs, insect trap in bottom of wardrobe, no other meals available in dining area due to lack of staff, definitely not like the photos advertised. One light didnt work, part of tap had fallen into plug in the bath,mis matched tiles. Headboard had lots of material missing/falling apart.

Pros:

Locaton was good, close to the station and very convenient.

Cons:

Quite a run down hotel, no cold water from the tap was abysmal. Bad smell throughout the lobby, very basic room, no bottles water, uncomfortable pillows. Similar complaints to over reviews, same running theme that the hotel has seen better days.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Nikki Clark, the relief manager was so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for her, and would live to see her if she pops up north sometime. All the staff were very friendly also, and hotel was literally 100m away from train station, so location was excellent for visiting with my son at raf odiham. Bath in the room as well as shower. TV, wardrobe, really comfy bed.

Cons:

There was a lot of steps to our rooms, next time I will request ground floor rooms.
