Location was ideal, but undue advantage taken with the given demand.
Pros:

Traditional breakfast as stated - good

Cons:

Reception upon arrival could have been less "take it or leave it" regards parking space.
Over heating in corridors ( in July!!! ) Room temperature set too high, without ability to adjust, except with special code. Energy costs would appear to be low!
Bed mattress too "floppy", with the tendency to eject onto the floor, if sleeping near the edge. Could have a liability problem.

Lovely staff, lovely food, awful room.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The food was lovely, dinner and breakfast. Very enjoyable.

Cons:

The room was very disappointing. Our room was in the annex and was very dated and in need of upgrading. It was very small and only had one chair, no wardrobe, no drawers and nowhere to put our cases.
