Beautifully understated boutique hotel with unique decor, great parking, lovely gardens and fantastic breakfast choice.
Pros:

Beautifully decored, excellent parking, well appointed rooms, wonderful full range breakfast, friendly team

Cons:

The rooms need more ventilation and a different thickness of duvet more suited to the hot weather.

Great spot but needs aircon in summer!
Pros:

Amazing location nice staff great spaces
And good restaurant. Excellent breakfast!

Cons:

The rooms were very hot and no aircon at all. The fans were weak and the windows didn’t open- so it is an oven in summer!

Exceptional
Pros:

An exceptional hotel where all the staff show what true hospitality is. We were welcomed and taken to our room which was very comfortable and beautifully appointed . Although we were in an attic room it had exceptionally quiet AC and we were very comfortable despite the summer heat.
The gardens and outdoor dining were in a delightful setting and the staff were outstanding . We sat in the summer sunshine, listening to beautiful music and it was a memorable evening .
The Grosvenor is an exceptional hotel and the manager should be very proud of his team.
