The hot water system, if you used spa you could ot shower as no hot water and cleaners are so noisy ,got woken at 730 am by cleaners

Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

The bed was very firm which hurt my hips so couldn’t sleep much. The neighbours were very loud upto 11pm and kept slamming their door waking us up when finally get to sleep. Hassled about parking spots even though there were loads of empty spaces.
