Nice place to stay, just our room bed was not the best
Pros:

The apartment was so spacious & lovely furnishings..

Cons:

Spa bath was nice, but nothing to help you in and out, which made me to hurt my arm pulling myself.
The bed was so small in size and lost its spring and wasnt nice to sleep on.

Great location/ Amazing Staff BUT , To Noisy !
Pros:

The cleaning was EXCELLENT
Cleaners need a pay rise , this place was perfectly cleaned.
The kitchen was as the best set up I’ve ever seen in holiday accommodation!
Location was Amazing

The location was right on the esplanade,
However it was so Noisy!!
Every car , every conversation was heard.
They need to double glaze the windows
We stayed 4 nights & had the worst 4 nights sleep we’ve ever had .
It was so noisy,
& the unit above us had permanent residents who loved to water the plants on the veranda,
All that water came directly down to us .
Made the beautiful veranda unusable.

It’s a great unit , great location
But unfortunately we won’t stay again because of the noise ..
I’ve stayed in many street frontages before, but nothing as loud as this one .

Excellent staff and facilities and close to beach.
Pros:

Close to the beach and restaurants. Great front of staff, she was so friendly warm and helpful.

Cons:

Other guests were loud and inconsiderate of others. Not the venues fault.

Very enjoyable week in Eden by the bay, happy to revisit another time
Pros:

It was safe and easy to access room and carpark night and day. Plenty of space inside. Nicely catered to first day stay.

Cons:

Couple of things need fixing, ie toilet seat,
Microwave wasn’t set in safely to nook.
Washer/dryer took awhile to get up and going. ??

Fantastic- would stay again.
Pros:

Clean, close to cafes and restaurants, across the road from the beach. Reception staff member was friendly and helpful- she was always smiling!

Cons:

Sea view was really just a tiny glimpse when on the balcony! 🤣
Luggage trolleys need to be stored elsewhere as they were blocking the fire escape route.

What an amazing place. I was so relaxed. The location just blew my mind. I love it and ill be coming back

Cons:

Outdoor furniture. Would have been nice to have real table and chairs. But that's not enough to stop me coming back. I will be a regular. Absolutely gorgeous comfortable place. Highly recommended

Cons:

The mattress was horrible - our legs were elevated compared to the rest of the body. Woke so very sore the next day.

Advertised with a kitchenette - there was not even a microwave, toaster - there was a kettle

Advertised there were underground parking which was only for residents
