The service was great!
The bathroom was a bit tired. The continental breakfast had a somewhat limited choice.
It was a clean twin bedroom just what we needed for an overnight stay.
More plugs near bed
The hotel was a beautiful setting was hosting a wedding on the Saturday however did not impact our stay.
The room decor little tired however was extremely clean.
Bathroom had mould and limescale

Heat!
No fault of the of the Millers.
Located quite far from the station (Nuneaton) in a quiet rural area. Nice bar and restaurant area with some historical fittings and features. Friendly staff in hotel and bar/ dining areas. Decent choice on menus.
Bathroom seen better days, shower difficult to position, no bathmat - only available at reception request, so was slippy standing in bath. Room small, but was a single. Duvet standard mid- tog but too hot for current heat waves.
Location to the wedding venue we were at.
Nothing
far too hot room faced west
Friendliness of the lady on reception and the welcome she gave
The state of the tiling in the bathroom was poor. The bed was very hard, there is no sound insulation so disturbance of people going in and out of their doors was a not great. The worst was the humming that was on and off all night for 45secs at a time which disturbed our sleep. The shower water runs boiling on and off despite having a thermostat. Lady serving breakfast wasn’t very friendly. No reception coverage on phones.
Easy parking good food and service
Bedroom was right by the main road and noisy
The room itself was super comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quiet.
It's a very minor quibble, but as I was working till the early hours of the morning whilst staying at the hotel, I was only able to put the note out asking for the room to be cleaned early afternoon. Clearly it was too late for the cleaning staff, as my room never was made up or replenished.
The english breakfast was very good apart from the sausages, which were lousy.
Fabulous hotel, friendly, hard working staff. Great room and facilities. Food was good and loved the entertainment.
Room was very hot, even with windows open.
Friendly staff, comfy bed and good breakfast. Was made to feel welcome and safe as a solo female, thank you.
N
Breakfast was good
