Relaxed atmosphere. Good food Pleasant helpful staff.very good value for money.
Road facing room was quite noisy
Super helpful staff
Could have air conditioning so you don’t need to open windows at night as road next to hotel is surprisingly busy
It was just a nice place all round , value for money , clean and tidy , nice spacious restaurant and bar areas , the staff were absolutely without doubt amazing.
Catered for my wife’s dietary needs perfectly.
Dinner Friday night with our son and daughter in law was very very good , we sat on a big tall table in bar area which we liked sitting at having a drink so asked if we could stay there for our dinner and it was no problem at all .
Car parking free and nice size spaces .
Thanks a lot John from Norfolk
We will use again when visiting our Son.
Location
The original room was small and way too hot. I understand the weather was exceptional but you need bigger fans
The second room we were offered was better as bigger
The staff were extremely helpful& courteous. Food in the restaurant was lovely
The road noise was really bad, I couldn't open the windows because of it, which didn't help when it was 35°
Breakfast was really nice.
It was very hot, and the windows couldn't be opened fully.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms Staff very attentive from start to finish
Nothing
The hotel supplied everything required. Very friendly. Comfortable beds and clean.
The breakfast wasn't good. A good selection of everything but the cooked breakfast had been kept warm. Sausages were very tough to cut as the skin was dried up. Not very hot . No bread for toast on the first morning only thick cut sourdough which the toaster didn't like and neither did we. The coffee was lukewarm and not nice.
Staff friendly
Pokey single room. Hot. Dirty doors .
there was a guest who thought it was a good idea to bang on every ones door around 3/345am then jumped on the pitched roof throwing roof tiles all over the place smashing windows shouting at the top of his voice for the best part of 40 minutes until the fire brigade managed to get him down
