Noisy
Pros:

Right next to the town centre, bus station and train station. Good choice at breakfast. Historic building

Cons:

The room was so noisy, I slept very badly. There was noise from people drinking in the courtyard, then seagulls in the morning, doors slamming at all hours and finally the sound of equipment 24/7.

Cons:

Room was extremely hot, even at night if curtains had been closed all day, fan on and window open.I struggled, let alone my poor dog.

The double bed was also two singles pushed together, as a single person that likes to sprawl, I had limited space.

Happy to have a iron in the room and hairdryer.
Had dinner at the restaurant was very nice.

Cons:

Needed a shelf in the bathroom to put stuff on in the room we had ..
Because of the heat at this time needed a bigger fan .
When booking again would like a room in the back as could not sleep because of the traffic on the main road .

Bear necessities but overall a bit Pooh
Pros:

Food was ok, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were incredibly dated and run down. They looked like they haven't been updated since the early 1980s

It was a very hot night and there was no Aircon. So it was an uncomfortable night's sleep.

For a green king pub you would expect a fair selection of green king beers but they didn't have a single ale on tap.

All in all it served it's purpose of giving us a place to stay overnight but I wouldn't want to visit again.
