Cons:

Atendimento dos funcionários, a má vontade em responder meu pedido feito antes do check in que foi negado por eles responder antes de me hospedar. Fiquei uma noite só. Hotel é um lixo, quarto velho e com cheiro de caixa de papelão.

Pros:

Localização excelente: tem farmácia, mercado e restaurantes próximos ao hotel.
Apesar de ser no centro da cidade, muito tranquilo, sem barulho que atrapalhe uma noite de descanso.
Funcionários extremamente educados e cordiais!
Quarto amplo, com boas camas e roupas de cama e de banho limpinhas e cheirosas!
Chuveiro muito bom e que esquenta bem, o que foi bastante importante, já que as temperaturas estavam bem baixas!

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, mas atende bem.
