This hotel was in the centre of town, a walk away from shops and a supermarket. It was very easy to find. The cleaning staff were very good and polite. Good size parking on site.
The doors between reception and our room were very noisy with people letting the doors bang.
Wi fi was the worst we have ever come across. It was extremely week and slow and kept dropping out all the time, often difficult to log back in.
The bushes surrounding their car park are serverly overgrown which made it difficult to use some of the parking bays. We would of liked some hot chocolate in the room as some of your other Green King hotels supply.
Great location. Good food and service. The room was nice and comfortable.
Coco pops are no longer available at breakfast.
The breakfast was excellent very nice bacon, and the other things on offer were also very nice.
I did have an issue with one member of staff behind reception, i brought in a cake and drink from the bakery facing and sat in hotel reception in as it was shaded, at the time of my trip it was 36c most days and you could not sit in your room for long as temps there were 40c +, the receptionist told me i could not eat or drink in the reception even in the extremely hot conditions. I did say that it was not in any of the hotels food selling areas and i was paying to stay there and also reminded her that it's impossible to eat in my room or outside due to the temperature, but she didn't care.

Badkamer is proper maar wel wat verouderd.
The area is fabulous just a walk out to lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were so helpful, overall couldn’t be better
