Ideal location, although a very noisy pub next door.
Pros:

The breakfasts were good, however tea/coffee were provided by flasks.
(The sort commonly used for meetings)
As a result they were warm rather than hot. The coffee was not good quality unlike that provided in the bar.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was good Bedroom clean

Cons:

The fact the restaurant was not open due to maintenance work no other food was offered but a suggestion of plenty of restaurants nearby was offered. The next day we were told we could have ordered food from the bar to eat. The breakfast was okay but not great. Basically told to leave the bar area we were drinking coffees because they had closed even though we were stopping in the hotel

Bien pour le ferry
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour le ferry. Petit déjeuner anglais copieux.

Cons:

La chambre était très petite et sous les toits, et les escaliers étroits pour y monter, mais la deuxième fois où nous y avons dormi, quelques jours après, on a eu une grande chambre parfaite au 1er étage.

It was serviceable
Pros:

It was convenient for the ferry port and accepts dogs. Some of the staff were very nice some rather off hand, like they were doing us a favour

Cons:

Didn't answer email queries before hand. Very hot room with uncomfortable pillows

Pros:

Fantastic location, right by the harbour. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Decor was a little tired (although it was clean), I understand they’re in the middle of a renovation. Walls were scuffed, chairs stained, bathroom mirror/sink were stained.

We visit Poole to catch up with family so we do holiday stuff

Expensive for the condition of the room bathroom was not fit for use, would never stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Room was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, only one towel for two people, good job it was only one night , couldn’t wait to get out of there.
