Lovely night away

Disappointing!
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

No hot water both Friday evening or Saturday morning!
Very noisy from beer garden of pub next door and from other guests running up and down the corridor outside our room and then arguing right outside the door at 2.45am!
No staff present when we checked out on Saturday morning to report this to.
Spoilt an otherwise great few days break!
