Overall good.

The room was a good size and comfortable and nicely decorated.

Cons:

Reception wasn’t manned. We had to buzz for assistance. No major problem with that but we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come.

Ideal place to stay for a couple of nights, Comfy bed, clean bathroom and good shower.
Nice quiet room in the annex at the back of the pub / resturant.

Too hot - but that’s not really the hotel’s fault because of the weather.

Was a little tired particularly in the bathroom.

Breakfast meat was undercooked and eggs and hash browns overcooked on the first day, 2nd day was much improved when asked for crispy bacon. Staffing was a little short handed for serving breakfast, limited continental choices that didn’t match the menu
