Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in uno degli appartamenti e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza dello staff, dalla pulizia e dalla posizione comodissima dell' appartamento. Sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo qui per un prossimo soggiorno.

Disappointment
Pros:

The apartment itself is basic, with an average standard. On the plus side: excellent location by the Old Town, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff and secure bike storage. A shame, because we could recommend this place if guests were treated better when problems arise.

Cons:

Our biggest disappointment was the way we were treated when a problem occurred. The fridge in our apartment was broken and, despite reporting it, it was not fixed for most of our stay. We were offered to store our food in the restaurant fridge and had to go to reception every time we needed something. There was little communication unless we asked ourselves, and action was only taken after we contacted Booking. On the last day of our stay, we returned to find a team replacing the fridge. They left a mess behind and simply left without cleaning up. Also bathroom and windows needs renovation

Schönes kleines Hotel unweit des Gardasees
Pros:

Waren zum zweiten Mal da, waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Mit dem deutschesten Kompliment " da kann man nicht meckern" ist es am besten zu bewerten.
Besonders möchten wir die Frühstücksversorgung hervorheben, die Mädels machen das toll. Der Zimmerservice war auch sehr gründlich.
Zusätzlich ist die Lage zum See perfekt, mit Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Außerdem direkt an der Altstadt von Arco.
Es gibt ein kleines Parkhaus 50 m vom Hotel, dort ist das Auto auch sehr gut untergebracht
Die Kommunikation mit dem Staff im Vorfeld der Reise war auch sehr hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hats geradeso geschafft, wie das bei 40 °C untern Dach wird🤔
Der Kühlschrank der Minibar könnte für eigene Sachen ein bisschen größer sein.
Ist aber dann doch meckern auf hohen Niveau.
