Located in the beautiful manicured grounds surrounded by trails. Close to restaurants and various shops. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and the view was nice. The breakfast was a buffet and lacked for nothing. Plenty of choices. Coffee machines made great coffee.
There was nothing that disappointed us.

As a frequent guest, I always return to this hotel for its charm, its location, and exceptional value for money. The new rooms are a serious upgrade, and it places the hotel in a different league. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the service is good, ample parking space (free of charge), a good breakfast, and an in-house Italian restaurant of a very high standard.
The internet is slow and unstable; I have been on my hotspot for 6 days to send and receive my emails. This needs to improve
De bedden zijn echt goed. Tegenwoordig geen vanzelfsprekendheid meer. Verder was de kamer zeer netjes, schoon en modern.
Bediening airco was wat lastig. En ook bij de uitstaande bleef de airco een soort van geluid maken. Ging later wel over. Verder is de WiFi enorm slecht.
Prachtig gelegen, vlotte checkin, allervriendelijkst personeel, schone kamer met balkon (107), fijne badkamer. Thee en koffie op de kamer. Ik verbleef er maar 1 nacht en had een half pension arrangement. Heerlijk (Italiaans) gegeten en in de ochtend lekker zwemmen, naar de sauna en gewandeld. Leuke podcastwandeling vanaf het parkeerterrein.

I booked a room with garden view. I was assigned a room with inside view and where workmen were working from 8am some 10 metres from my window, This meant noise and lack of privacy. The restaurant had an extremely limited choice of dishes in the evening. The common area near the lobby, which had previously been available for guests was now reserved and unusable. I wrote a complaint about this through Booking.com - no response. I telephoned Booking.com and spoke to an agent who promised to speak to the hotel and get back to me - no response. Very disappointing.
The location was in a beautiful peaceful wooded area and perfect for my trips out to all things WW2 Market Garden. A very good bus service just outside the hotel with buses running every 15 minutes to Arnhem. I loved the swimming pool & spa and also the use of the cycle hire at the hotel. My room was spacious and very clean and it was also nice to have a number of British tv channels to choose from. And I must mention all the staff members who were always happy and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I return back to this area.10/10
