Overall very happy with our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast v. good
Location v good

Cons:

Booked in for a meal first night and was seated in the bar which was very busy and noisy. I know it was a Saturday but as I recall I booked well in advance so was a little disappointed not to be in the restaurant.

Lovely.
Pros:

I loved the interior, the comfort of the beds and the view from the room.

Cons:

I think the stairs in particular was quite difficult but I understand why older properties can have installation of lifts.
I probably should’ve stated I actually have a condition that makes stairs difficult for me but luckily there were chairs to sit on for breaks inbetween.

Good but poor furniture
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Staff very attentive

Cons:

Some of the furniture in the bar, restaurant and in the room are in desperate need of repair or replacement. The foam in some of the seating was non-existant. I nearly went through the desk chair in room 1
