Good location on the high street. Friendly staff and good choice for breakfast. Easy parking
Some areas looked tired with chipped paintwork. Would have been nice to have had some biscuits in the room.
Great location, nice size room.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable beds.
We could cheat tv and snoring(!!!) from adjoining rooms one night, but this stopped after midnight.
Friendly staff, central location, free parking, decent shower.
No air conditioning, place needs an update as looking tired.

Brie from room was of an alley and the windows were a little dirty on the outside

Liked all of it
The room was large and very comfy
The bath with shower curtain .
The bath was not wide enough to have a shower in the curtain kept getting stuck to us .
Warm welcome from the staff in reception.
Bed was far too soft and the mattress needs to be replaced.
breakfast was good, service was good, staff were polite & courteous
no complaints
The room was good and tidy. The birthroom was nice and clean
The receptionist was no where to be found
Convenient location for us. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The room we were in was extremely stuffy and hot due to the heat wave. It was like a sauna and we had to check out after two nights so lost 4 nights accommodation.
Lovely hotel. We stay here every few months as the standard is very high.
The breakfast was excellent, good choice.

I normally enjoy my stay here. Due to my own silly fault i ordered a single instead of a double. It was a very hot evening and the hotel provided a rubbish little desk fan that just blew hot air round the room. I woke four times during the night sweating. The room, being a single, was tiny for a single, too hot, too stuffy.
Traditional town centre hotel
Very hot room
Nice clean room with a bathtub/shower combo. Two fans were provided to help cool things down- London seems to be a bit warmer than usual during our trip.
