Great location, staff were friendly.

Cons:

A lot smaller than the pictures show, though good value for money. The bathroom is almost non existent, so small and the shower wasn’t great. It was reasonably clean.

Pros:

Small downstairs room with no view but cosily furnished , comfy bed and we were happy with it. Good price given the location.
Nice staff- we were able to leave luggage till checking in time . 5 mins walk across the road from Kings Cross , Eurostar, St Pancras. By a leafy park, very quiet. Would use again.

Room smelt of sewage/ toilet
No duvet on bed just a stained blanket
Only one towel provided, no hand towel
The floor was squeaky
Did not sleep due to the amount of noise and left early morning

Pros:

It was in a grand location. Straight across from kings Cross. With 2 autistic kids it was not far away. Easy to use. The family room was cramped though. The staff were lovely very friendly and polite

Cons:

How cramped the family room was. We felt like we were on top of each other.

Narrow and high staircase but this was a one night stay, wasn’t the end of the world.

Pros:

The Reception staff were so helpful & friendly.
Everywhere was kept very clean & tidy,and the hotel felt very secure .
Ideal for Saint Pancras Station at a reasonable price

Cons:

The shower room lacked a shower mat .
As an older person stepping out with wet feet onto the tile floor it was very slippery.
Some yogurt would be good on the breakfast
buffet.

Good for big family

Staff was kind and helpful. Its location was perfect. The property was a little bit old but I liked the old-fashioned feel.
