The room was small,no place for luggage In the order was room with town

view,but from our room windou there was only grey roof view .The hotel was almost empty, but they refuse to change rooms.We ordered for 2 nights, but we leave the hotel after 1 nigh.Disappointed.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut , Frühstück ebenfalls !
Für unsere E-bikes gab es eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer in der Standardkategorie waren viel zu klein und dunkel. Wir fühlten uns eingesperrt . Die Fenster zum Innenraum / Festsaal ließen sich nicht öffnen ,so stelle ich mir eine Nacht im Bunker vor, einfach nicht schön ohne Tageslicht!
Hier sollte man ein höherpreisiges Zimmer wählen , mit Fenster zur Stadt.

Entäuschend schlecht. Massenabfertigung. Nie wieder. Keine Empfehlung.

Cons:

Rezeption: Trotz vorliegender Daten war ein Meldezettel auszufüllen. — Zimmer: Gebucht war Standard-Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück (siehe Bild). Bekommen: Zimmer 3x4m groß, Bett 140x200cm an der Wand (siehe Bild). Preis: 190,- EUR plus Parken im Hotelhof. Zimmer abgewohnt. — Ambiente: Disneyland. — Sonstiges: Während der Eincheckzeit 16:00 Uhr hat sich das Personal mit dem Schmutzwäschewagen in den Fahrstuhl (3. Stock. Gast war Gehbehindert) vorgedrängelt. Trotz Ansprache auf Polnisch keine Reaktion. Geht gar nicht. — Fazit: Wir haben schon in vielen Schlosshotels in Polen übernachtet. Hier stimmen aber Eigenwerbung, Anspruch, Preis und Leistung nicht. Enttäuschend schlecht. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG.

Tolle Lage, hervorragende Küche im Hotelrestaurant. Hochwertige Spa-Landschaft mit diversen Saunen, Dampfbad und 2 Swimmingpools

Cons:

Historisches Gebäude, leider stellenweise wie Themenpark dekoriert und daher nicht klassisch-elegant sondern kitschig.

Leider sehr unübersichtlich in den einzelnen Etagen. Diese werden nicht direkt mit dem Lift erreicht. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen.

Stilvolles Schlosshotel zentral für Ausflüge in alle Reichtungen Masurens.
Pros:

Tolles historisches Schloss mit entsprechendem Ambiente, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen, zwei Innenpools, der eine stilvoll beleuchtet in das Originalmauerwerk integriert. Zentrale Lage des Hotels für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.

Cons:

Zimmerservice zwei von dreimal (trotz Nachfragen) nicht erfolgt, beim ersten Service nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Restaurantservicecrew je nach Erfahrungsniveau manchmal ineffizient. Service Staff des Hotels wirkte insgesamt „undermanaged“.

Położenie, obsługa, restauracja.

Cons:

Pokój ekonomiczny można zrozumieć niezbyt szerokie łóżko ale łóżko bokiem przysunięte do ściany, to słabe, bo w nocy do toalety trzeba przechodzić nad drugą osobą. Takie coś w agroturystyce jest OK ale w hotelu 4* nie uchodzi. I jedyne gniazdko do ładowania przy drzwiach wejściowych. Poza tym pokoj spełnił wymagania.
