אולי לצעירים לא מפריע אנחנו בני 77-78 ולא היתה התחשבות לתת לנו חדר נוח יותר

Najwyższa jakość. Szczegóły wystroju hotelu nawiązujące do zamku i czasów krzyżaków. Basen w podziemiach jakiego nie ma nigdzie indziej. Mega uprzemy personel. Jedzonko rewelacja. Byłam pod ogromnym wrażeniem !!! Wrócę z ogromną przyjemnością.

Zmarnowane pieniądze, nerwy a przede wszystkim czas!

Obsługa na recepcji, obsługa w spa i saunamistrz na najwyższym poziomie.
Bardzo przyjemne sauny i baseny ( jedyny plus tego hotelu)

Cons:

Skandaliczna jakość produktów podawana na śniadanie i obiadokolację. Ciężko zatrułam się jedzeniem już pierwszego dnia. W związku z tym codziennie jeżdziliśmy na jedzenie do innych miasteczek. Śmierdzące poduszki, całe brudne, w żółtych zaciekach. Brudne materace. Pokoje mocno podniszczone. Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach. Reklamują też , że mają plażę- to nie jest ich plaża tylko plaża miejska z tubylcami z piwkiem. Cena szokująco wysoka w stosunku do jakości. Opis nie ma nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością.

Fantastic experience, not the typical hotel
Pros:

This place is absolutely amazing. it's a real castle. It takes two days just to explore it.
The rooms are big and comfortable. The pool at the basement and the spa pool is fantastic
The hotel is also located very close to the lake so it also has an almost private beach next to it.
The breakfast is very good it has plenty of free parking. The towns is not very central but there are some nice restaurants around and its close to bigger towns and other attractions in the area.

Cons:

nothing really, it is located in a bit less central town but we didnt want to leave the hotel anyway .

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokój czysty, sporo atrakcji w samym obiekcie . Świetna lokalizacja- 200 m do jednego jeziora, 400 do drugiego. Fajna strefa spa i baseny, nawet nie było tłumu jak na tak duży obiekt. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Wszystko na plus!

Cons:

W opisie pokoju nie było informacji, że nie ma okna. W sumie nie do końca go nie ma bo okno było ale wychodzące na zadaszony dziedziniec w którym jest duża sala bankietowa. Po odsłonięciu rolety widać więc stoliki i ludzi tam urzędujących. W pokoju była klimatyzacja jednak brak dostępu do powietrza z zewnątrz i światła dziennego. Kto co lubi. Obsługa na szczęście bez problemu wymieniła pokój, ale uważam że taka adnotacja przy tych konkretnych pokojach powinna się znaleźć.
