Like the location. Was convenient to our activities.

That made my 4 days and 3nights very sad!

It was located near great places to eat. But facility was not up to par. Will not stay here again

The cleanliness. The fact they didn’t use ac in hallways or the lobby, The room keys kept failing so you had to go get them re scanned, Breakfast waffle machine didn’t work correctly, there was trash on my floor in my room. The door needed to be slammed in order to close. Secondary lock on door was broken and could not be used.

Room was bad. Ac was leaking and floor was wet and stained. Desk and chair looked as if it was pulled out of a flood. Never once said anything about the pool not being open.

Selected this hotel specifically for the pool and breakfast. Pool and juice machine were broken. 😞

Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

1 pool was broken.
2 got stuck on elevator.
3 breakfast juice machine was broken.
4 exterior door key accessed didn’t always work.
5 chair broken in our room.
6 took 15 minutes to get hot water.

The parking, the coffee maker in the room didn't work, the air conditioner made loud squeaky noises when coming on and going off, the pillows were too small for the bed and for adults, other entrances didn't work and didnt feel safe when parking in back of hotel (especially as a woman)
