Cuidado con la conversion al pagar del dolar/peso mexicano.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Mi reserva estaba en dólares y al pagar, en vez de poder pagar en dólares, ellos lo pasaron a Pesos mexicanos a una conversión que estaba más del 15% por encima del valor real del cambio dolar/peso, es decir, me estafaron.

Pros:

Definitely we had an amazing experience from the start, the bellboy Antonio, gather all our belongings and was able to speak both English and Spanish. He made sure to explain everything including spa treatments, times and he made sure on our way out we were guided and taken to our car.
I have stayed multiple times here, highly recommend the Buffett, ambiance and room decoration are great!
Go to the bar and get a Margarita, hand crafted no mix added all natural and perfect convo with tacos Baja and enchiladas verdes

Excellent experience during my stay. I would especially like to recognize the front desk team for their great attention, kindness, and willingness to help at all times.

I would also like to thank the manager, Mr. Hector Espinosa, for his professionalism and follow-up, always making sure our stay was pleasant.

Bad experience at Courtyard Aguascalientes
Pros:

I been at this Courtyard since they open but this trip was terrible, they do not have any refrigerators at the rooms, I need to place medicine on refrigeration and when to the front desk and was advise by the manager that "only" the presidential suite and the more expensive suites had any, this is to me a discrimination because if you don’t pay a high price for the room you don’t get any fridge, I look for ice machines in floors and to my surprise they had the connections but no ice machines, even the 16th executive kitchen does not have any ice access if they need any they need to bring some from the kitchen on the bottom floor, also the upper lock on the room was broken it supposed to be a an extra protection, it seems the general director (it seems he is retiring and needs to save $ for that) or the Diestra Corporation who manages the hotel had not been updating the hotel. before and it was a 5 star hotel now is 1 star, Marriot has another hotel in Aguascalientes so next year I will go to another property, but I call before to be sure they have any refrigerators or stay at any Hilton property.

No te quedes en Marriot en Aguascalientes, si puedes, vete a otra opcion
Pros:

Es el hotel al que siempre llego a Aguascalientes por trabajo (convenio corporativo) asi que tengo pocas o nulas opciones

Cons:

El personal está poco capacitado, no tienen sensibilidad de las necesidades del cliente y sobre todo, no resuelven la problemática a clientes que viajamos por trabajo. Mucho que desear, la verdad es que no lo recomiendo a nadie que lea esto. Muy baja calidad respecto a lo que es la cadena.
