Easy check in,helpful pleasant staff, comfortable beds and pillows,tea and coffee making facilities in the room, attention to detail ref: gluten-free diet, good choice for breakfast and cooked breakfast prepared separately.
my room was on the first floor and I was aware of traffic noise throughout the night. Also I was unable to access the shower as it was over the bath(I had not thought to check this prior to booking). On checking out the receptionist explained that I would have needed to book one of the superior rooms to have a walk in shower.

Hotel is very warm.
Hotel was perfect for our use and what we wanted to do around Omagh. All amenities were great. Our bathroom needed some work done, otherwise all very good.
Downstairs in reception areas were nice but very cold hotel & we gave stayed a few times here & nothing has changed
Bathroom shower aera was not clean the bedrooms really need upgraded
the room was very spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel and i ordered the Korean salad... gorgeous!

Comfortable spacious room. Nice hotel. Plenty of free on site parking. Very efficient, friendly staff throughout all areas. Excellent breakfast choices. I also chose to eat an evening meal in the restaurant and it was beautifully presented as well as delicious.
Great location giving easy access to stunning scenery Sperrins / Sorting Glens as well as main towns and cities
There's an extensive road and building project happening throughout the Omagh area. It's close to the hotel and so my room view was less pleasant than during my former stays. Not the fault of the hotel.

Shower drain was slightly blocked after a short time in the shower it had to be turned off otherwise it would have over flowed dropped my glass case down and side of the bedside table and couldn’t believe how dirty it was when I pulled it out
