Everything was great
Everything was great
Lobby was nice

The staff presented good customer service despite the facility being in shambles
The second night of our stay the toilet broke. They were unable to move us to another room and advised us that maintenance was unavailable on a Sunday. We just literally had to deal with it until check out. The phone in the room did not work to even call the front desk. The hardware in the room was rusted. The carpet was very stained in several areas. The pool was in operable and we were not informed. The lobby was extremely warm. Ed could not sit there to eat the breakfast.
The hotel and staff.
The outside area.
Not much
Need a lot of attention rooms were hot n not clean
Absolutely nothing.. scared to death to get out of our vehicle with all the homeless and drugs going on by the hotel.. literally nothing around was open.. everything was boarded up and locked up like a ghost town.. very disappointed with the way they try to make it sound like a beautiful area.. and no parking.. you have to use their valet for parking.. not a safe place at all when you drive up watching a drugged out person fighting a parking ballard.
Everything about this place.. not safe and basically a ghost town.. nothing close to it like restaurant or anything to enjoy and unsafe to even think about walking anywhere.
Absolutely nothing I will never stay there again
Property was not clean floors, dirty room, dirty older in the room water was brown and no towels in the room and when we request towels, they never came
Nice and up to date
Everything was great
The location and friendly valet staff
Upon receiving our rooms, they gave us a dirty room. We had to return keys. Cigarettes buds in entrance floor, ceiling cracks from prior damage at the front desk, brown water in the shower, toilet and sink. Pink and black mold all around the bathroom. Asked front desk for extra towels and was told that there weren’t any clean. Elevator floors dirty. Room doors dirty.
Perfect location for the train station.
All a bit worn and tired and needing some love.
Hotel building was a historic sit, but nothing else was worth driving to that location. One staff member when checking out was understood problem we had. But management never contacted us their or since which was definitely disappointing.
They changed me twice for my dinner my bank corrected the charge not the staff. And I booked room to relaxed and use hot tub and pool on line. When arriving pool and hot tub was closed. They said it was a complementary breakfast. I payed for it.
Clean and professional
Great location, near the train station and within the downtown area. The hotel has beautiful interior, and the breakfast was Southernly good with funny staff members. I want to say thank you to the receptionist in the very early morning on Friday who gave me assurances after I was woken up by a tornado warning!
Lacked hot water, food sucked, had to pay for parking because the city isn’t safe. Most people were kind but one staff member argued with us about our prepaid breakfast because they had a power outage and had trouble verifying that we had it included.
